171 On High Motel

Clean, 2 beds, full kitchenette, all gadgets working order, laundry room.

The info beforehand needs to include tge accurate limitations on laundry room use.

Convenient and no fuss check in and check out.

Clean, well-appointed room. Very comfortable bed. Good working AC. Free on-site parking. Did read some previous reviews about noise from being on a busier road — didn’t find we noticed it much and we stayed in the second closest room to the street upstairs. Good communication from reception. Room was on the smaller side but was perfect for staying the night passing through! Would recommend.

Nothing we didn’t like!

No breakfast provided, but cannot remember if that was an optionIt was close to the town center, but then again nothing is far in Blenheim. Beds were comfy, and the room was pretty quiet, so that was good

No hair in the bath would have been a good start. Facilities were decent, but the pictures on the booking site are a bit better than the real deal. Quite an interesting location to say the least, views of "the 'hood". People should really take better care of their backyards and stop collecting junk - that was our view from the bedroom windows. Good smell of old fragrant curry permeated the unit as well....

Great space, lovely bath and super comfortable bed!Staff were very friendly and helpful!

While it was what I call a minimalist modern style room, everything was in mint condition. Clean, neat...very comfortable for the price/value.

no complaints really

Well maintained, clean and tidy. Helpful staff

Wifi kept dropping out But the service person was working on it when we were checking out

We managed a late booking having had a really bad previous experience elsewhere Delighted overall and would return if the opportunity presents itselfSpacious and clean

Clean, modern, great location

Sankett the manager was very helpful - really going above and beyond. Great shower huge bathroom

found the remotes for the tv were quite confusing and there was no netflix or on demand services that we could figure out how to access.

We were so happy that there was very little noise from other units even though it was almost fully booked.

Sleeping in the room with the fridge was a bit noisy but manageable.

Manager was very friendly and very proud of the property. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We had enough towels.

Great handy location

Jets not working on Spa bathNo remote for tvLaundry not locked at 9 so someone doing their laundry at midnight, our bed was right against adjoining wall so very noisy

Great location. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Comfortable Room.

On paper suited our purposes

Smelt bad and wasn’t overly clean - extremely dated for the price we paid

Beautifully clean property, all the facilities needed for a 3 night stay.Walking distance to town and very easy to find.Lovely receptive hosts.

Modern, nice quality furniture and kitchen things

No exhaust fan in either the kitchen or the bathroom

Bed was super comfortable.

Shower water pressure was a little low; no cutting board or small cutting knife in kitchen made it hard to prepare the meal.

Very welcoming staff. Everything we needed was in the unit.

We stayed in the Disabled Unit and the disadvantage of just having a shower curtain was that the floor of the entire bathroom was impossible to keep dry.

Great location, 2 bd apartment was quiet and warm.

Only issue was it only got serviced on first morning not the second one, which I didn't realise until we got back at midnight from a function
