Did not order breakfast. Clean and tidy, staff helpful.

There is a major problem with the televisions due to the system they use which is streaming, very unreliable and annoying.

Clean modern close to centre nice short walk to all shops, owner very nice and welcoming, rooms are nice clean and modern.

Excellent location, staff were super friendly and helpful and the room was perfect, with great facilities. It was on the ground floor but the sliding doors were tinted for privacy. Short walk from the main high street and restaurants!

Great service from owner who went out of her way to accommodate our large vehicle and trailer

The lady in charge was extremely helpful. Even booked us a taxi next day, and allowed us a later checkout.

Absolutely loved the staff, very nice & welcoming. The beds are so lovely & comfortable, which is very rare these days. Plenty of parking. Great location, within walking distance of cafes & restaurants.

The bathroom needs an extractor fan as there was a bit of mould on the walls & ceiling & the cupboards were falling apart due to moisture.. would also be great if the shower was upgraded.

A great location in Blenheim, only a few minutes walk to the town centre, plus opposite the very attractive Seymour Square gardens.The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Very friendly and efficient staff. A good base to explore the area around Blenheim.

Our room was very comfortable with a nice little balcony which all rooms did not have. Bed comfy and warm, and aircon if you needed it. Parking good. Staff very helpful. Located close to town where lots of nice bars and restaurants.

Wifi had just been updated, but was not working during our stay.

Clean, comfortable motel that offers good value for money and a friendly welcome. The location is excellent, very close to the centre of town and there were some welcome touches like lovely big fluffy towels and fresh milk.

The location was great, nice and close to every where. The owner Mary was absolutely fantastic to deal with, nothing was too much trouble.

Parts of the facilities were a bit dated and things are showing their age, however the owners have not been there long and are refurbishing

Great place to stay room was well presented handy location with a really spacious comfy couch great for an afternoon nap which was greatly needed with our hectic last few days catching up on us due to cyclone Alfie throwing our plans into a bit of disarray

It was easy to access the unit with our luggage, it was comfy and clean and walking distance to some shops and restaurants

Nothing specific but at $230/night it was not the best value for money by a long way after we had spend 4 weeks in other motels around the south island

Very comfortable, clean and close to everything

Little extras…biscuits/nice towels/easy parking/good furniture. Clock doesn’t chime after 10pm. Short 5min walk to centre.
