Friendly helpful staff.

No shampoo (apart from the multi-purpose hand wash/body wash).

Location to the CBD, Toyota Dealership, Gramados Restaurant and being dog friendly

I over slept half a hour the owner was really amazing my appologies your staff were really amazing place was spotless had all one needed including nice big comdy bed as soon as i laydown fell asleep from my long drive up manythanks your motel is very very good again my appologies for over sleeping

The bathroom had very poor ventilation. The towels weren't changed every day so we're very damp because there was bad ventilation. The shower head over the spa bath fell off and was spraying over the bathroom.

This is the 2nd time our marching team have stayed love the location & its such a restful place

No swimming pool It was a extremely hot day a dip would of been perfect

Spacious 2br for family with young children. Apartment is quite clean with functional kitchen. Not too far from supermarket and town centre. We found coffee truck nearby with reasonable price and taste

Slow and weak WiFi signal at the corner room difficult to download and transfer pictures taken for our sightseeing activities

Would have been nice to have a queen size bed.Thought we might have got an upgrade to the 2 bedroom unit considering we were staying for 5 nights and our tall son had to sleep on a small single bed in the lounge of Unit 3.

Very well laid out and modern with lots of space. Lots of little details to show the extra care which was greatly appreciated.

Owner was very accommodating, location was perfect for my work and the unit was very comfortable with all necessary cooking facilities that I was seeking.

Good to be able to walk in to the township along the river (10 min walk). Clean, tidy and comfy.

After a long day riding on our motorcycle to get to Blenheim the last thing we needed was a surly 'greeting' by the man at the reception, smelling of cigarette smoke, questioning us about why we would bother booking through booking.com. The lecture that followed was unwelcome, unwanted, unnecessary and made us feel very uncomfortable.

Easy walk to town, and great value for money :)

Location was good, the studio had everything we needed. I would have preferred to have had more space in front of the unit to sit, but l appreciate this was only available in front of the one bedroom apartments. I should have booked a one bedroom apartment.
