The food and especially the coffee very average, was better at the BP and subway

Large room , Very clean, hotel under amazing Renovations. Close to airport with shuttle service , friendly helpful staff.

Located close to the airport very good .Rooms were very tidy and clean and very modern

The Prices in the restaurant were outrageous for what you received ,$49 for a steak you get at Coles for $7, $40 for a no name bottle of wine

Location was good but not much to offer for the light breakfast.

Next to the airport, which is why we booked, but no shuttle outside of 7am to 11pm.

Bed was comfortable

They advised free airport shuttle, but then charged $15 the desk personnel just told us that is What the previous owner had. He wasn't very nice about it. The price was way over for what we received. There were meal trays outside rooms when we arrived at 16:00 and they were still there in the morning when we left at 08:00! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone not happy

The fridge not working and noise from the room next door1

Large room. Comfortable bed and very clean linens. Large TV to help us unwind after a long day. Good shower. Good quality towels and bathroom products.

Air con a little noisy but not a problem. Complimentary tea and coffee tasted odd due to the water boiled from the bathroom. Take your own bottled water.

Comfortable room with hotel located close to the airport

Breakfast not served until 7am which is also the earliest shuttle time. Basic restaurant

Friendly staff, location

Aircon rattled and clonked all nightRoom service dishes left for days outside suite.

2 rooms and the bathroom on the ground floor, a kitchenette and a huge living room AND a balcony

Convenient to the airport, staff where friendly and food was nice

Pillows are too soft, a bit of noise from the room above

Easy access to airport

Booked a king bed to be told none were available and to push the two singles together. In the room the fridge leaked and the cupboard door to it broke as soon as we opened it. Card to room rarely worked resulting in having to try at least 10 times each time. Not enough towels provided for number of guests. The previous guests room tray was also left on the floor outside our room at check in even though room had been made up. Restaurant/ bar had short opening hours and was poorly stocked . We also witnessed other guests very upset in the middle of the night when the manager entered their room with out knocking or advising them he was going in. They left mid stay.

No airport transport until 7 am even when we where 1 min before it we had to get a cab

Very mediocre,

Aircon wasn't working, bath light flickering constantly Got moved to second room with torn curtains,couldn't block out sun. Very noisy with traffic. Had a sliding door to nothing ,no balcony just bars across door . The taxi service from airport won't take you to hotel,had half hour walk with luggage.

Hotel close to airport after long trip was great

Continual noise coming from airconditioning vents even though turned off made sleeping very average

It is in a walking distance from Hobart airport. The place in very close to Hobart too. We stayed one night because we did not drive at night after we arrived late evening. Breakfast was good, i liked egg amd bacon. Beds are comfy.

I did not like the sound of air-conditioning, as it is load and there is no way to turn it off. We could not open windows as there was no nets on the window, no screen. One of the evening staff charged me twice. However, in the morning the other staff returned money, which was good.

Stayed many times before great proximity to airport

The male staff member on front desk was rude and unfriendly and left over pizza was still in the fridge

Taxis from airport do not want to make the drive. Had to walk

Noisy pipes or something banging in the roof a lot. We were on the second floor, nothing higher but noisy something, water pipes or air conditioners, not sure , but loud bangs woke us
