Bicheno East Coast Holiday Park

2 separate rooms were nice.

Late check in had no reception.

The cottage is located in the center of town, very close to the beach where you can spot penguins. Spacious and comfortable. Parking is available in front of the entrance.

WiFi is working very poorly, or rather not at all.

The park location is great, handy to everything.

Stayed in deluxe 2 bed cabin number 16. Comments relate specifically to our experience in this cabin. Upon arrival we found it difficult to unlock the cabin door & once open we were greeted with a horrible smell that we couldn't get rid off even with all the windows open. Exterior looks great but the interior has been poorly maintained. There are no latches on any of the windows for security, which in our case worked in our favour as we got locked out, when we couldn't unlock the front door with the key. The Manager was also unable to unlock the door so we removed the fly screen and I climbed in through the bedroom window to unlock the front door from the inside. Shower is very nice but leaks badly into the main bathroom floor. Obviously been this way for a very long time as the timber skirting was rotten and the room smelt mouldy. The bed linen was nice and clean but that's where it ended. The lounge, dining chairs & curtains were disgustingly dirty. Had to use bathroom towels over the furniture before sitting in it. The exhaust fan over the stove did not work. Power was on, light worked but exhaust fan did not work.

It was a good pitstop for us with all attractions pretty close to the stay

WiFi could be largely improved as it was even impossible to connect at times

Great location, easy access to places to eat and the coastline. The shower pressure was great.

The layout of the cabin was a little odd, with the shower/bathroom in the middle of a double door between the living and bedroom. Made things a little awkward at times.

Has all the basic facilities. The bathroom was clean

The room smelt bad of wet carpet. Old lumpy bed. No TV in the bedroom. The room banged and crashed all night in the wind.

The room is dusty. Sofa is filthy. Can't step on the floor with my bare feet. Housekeeping need to put more effort on the cleaning.

shower basin is small, hot and cold water are separate, difficult to usethe doors of the toilet and the main bedroom are in the same corner, they are noisy, and a bit inconvenient

The location was great because near the bicheno beams, a supermarket, and the blowhole. The accommodation was clean, big, and comfortable.

The cabin was looking on the street so no privacy on that side but that's a small detail because we stayed one night only.

Super spacious rooms, very clean. Very helping staff. Good location. nearby IGA supermarket, restaurants.heating + cooling air conditioner tea coffee, toaster, plates cutlery, microwave pans pots and everything else in kitchen. we booked 3 cabins for 8 adults and 2 kids. more than enough space.

There was nothing to be disliked. Exceeded our expectations..
