Clean room. Confortable. Silence,but turkish style. Excellent restaurant . Close to the highway. Great breakfast.

Great location for a stopover night. And convenient - you don't have to enter in the city traffic for this hotel. Clean and cozy rooms.Various and plenty food at breakfast.Helpfull personell and English speaking.Free parking next to the hotel.Also, there is a BIM and A101 markets close to the hotel. And in 7-8 mins by foot there is a Migros market and lots of restaurant.

We were greeted by a young and pretty receptionist with perfect English and Russian. She took care of us.

The hotel offers clean and spacious rooms, a generous breakfast, on-site parking, and a restaurant. It also features Tesla Superchargers in the parking area and a gas station with a small market on the premises.

It absolutely met my expectations Hospitality, service all at the level.

The only thing that bothered me was the helpfulness of the waiters during breakfast. We waited a long time for tea and coffee. There are a lot of them, but somehow they don't manage to do everything.

Great find on our journey to Dalaman & perfectly located to the motorway network. Very welcoming staff, modern, well designed, clean & comfortable.We had an excellent evening meal in the hotel restaurant & would rate the breakfast as one of the best we have had for a long time. Excellent service & great value for money. Also very convenient parking. Would not hesitate recommending to family & friends

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was bal&kaymak (honey and cream) at the breakfast buffet :) Loved it.

The air conditioner in room 521 couldnt heat the rooms, in bathroom we waited few minutes for the hot water to come, in bathroom was strong smell of cigarates (i believe someone from room under us or near us smoke in bath and our bath inhale the smell)

A/C control was not working properly , probably should be 3 stars Hotel. The restaurant overpriced.

Always spending a night before or after crossing the border. Found all the personel very kind and helpful, especially at the reception. Upgraded our rooms with no extra fee pending on availability and always offered discounts for the restaurant.

Perfect after a long drive, good food from the restaurant.

If you drive by Edirne, you should consider this hotel as its offering a qualitative stay with comfortable rooms. The breakfast was also really good and fresh with quality ingredients.Additionally, I would like to highlight that the kind lady at the reception upgraded us to business rooms for free. The parking area is secured with cameras which is great if you don‘t want to park your car anywhere else.

Once we ordered a traditional turkish salad (also included in the menu) at the Serenita Restaurant which is on the 1st floor of the hotel, but we got a different kind of salad. Afterwards we complained and requested a new salad but got the same again, it is strange as its a turkish hotel but obviously a different understanding of traditional turkish salads.

The location is great, quiet and peaceful. The rooms are wide and spacious. The restaurant at the hotel is 10 out of 10.

Cleanliness was an idea neglected compared to the other times we visited the hotel. It was very hot in the rooms, the air conditioner did not work in the cold. We opened the window in the room, but all the time the mosquito net was hitting the window and it was quite noisy. All in all, I'm glad we only stayed for one night

We have stayed at Hilly's several times in the past. They have all been some of the best experiences we have had. We highly recommend it.

Just two observations. The toilet in the room had no ventilation. I believe that the electric fan was not working and that it will be repaired in the future.In the evening at dinner at the HOTEL we ordered veal with potatoes on one plateIt had as a supplement boiled herbs (which we did not order) with a clear taste of fish? which we did not eat for favorable reasons. When we politely pointed this out to the waitress to inform the chef of the mistake, the answer was...why? you don't like fish??? … wrong answer with mild rudeness? From a girl who until that moment was perfect. I want to believe it was a misplaced sense of humorThe conclusions are yours. Anyway, the overall stay at HILLY HOTEL is excellent.We will be back.

Parking, very friendly and welcoming staff, hotel was clean, spacy, modern. Despite busy roads around, we slept well. Excellent breakfast, we also had dinner in restaurant with very good food and excellent service.

Busy street location, drapes and curtains in the room smelled after smoke but it was easy to air the room. The room itself was non smoking but, some people may have smoked while leaning out of the window. For Turkey quite common unfortunatelly. For us as non smokers, the level of smell was low and not a problem in this case :-)

The breakfast as usually were good.

After a long tiring journey and waiting at the border, we wanted to take a shower. It turned out that there was no hot water. We tested the water 4-5 times for about 20 minutes, but alas - there was no hot water until morning. We came dirty and left dirty.The toilet on the level of the restaurant where you have breakfast was in a terrible state.I am outraged because we paid the requested amount but did not receive decent service. We received service equal to a hotel without a single star.The very next night when I was in Ankara I sent an email to the hotel. So far I have no answer. Apparently the management agrees with this state of the hotel.
