RYS Hotel

The staff was very polite, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and in excellent condition. The location is a hub of the city with plenty of shops.

I like the location of the hotel. The top-floor restaurant is very good and has a nice view of the city and an extensive wine list.

We’ve stayed at this hotel several times over the years, and it’s always been perfect — until this visit. This time, the room clearly needed some maintenance and a refresh. The bathroom mirror light switch was broken, the furniture looked worn out, and worst of all, the room smelled strongly of cigarettes.

ROOF GARDENLOBBY

SPAAWAY FROM THE CENTER OF TOWN

Very comfortable bed and pillow. There is free parking. Right next to the mall. Polite staff.

very good breakfast near erasta shoping mall and close to the center (about 20 minutes walk).vargo bar restaurant very nice with live music.

Location, friendly staff & amenities where all at a very good level

Shower floor could use an extra cleaning hand.

Nice hotel, nice view from room, breakfast delicious, clean rooms. Recommend

Staff was friendly and welcoming. They escort us to the room and explained everything in details.

The parking slots were small and you have to sneeze if you want to get off the car. The spa and sauna can't be used by women (in our case in Saturday, not sure why, but simply no for women). The bathroom was not clean.

Nice stuff,medium breakfast,parking.

I liked the location of the hotel as the mall is 2 minutes away walking. And the staff was really friendly. The gym is great and the open buffe is rich in food. Also the view from the hotel was amazing.

The lights in the rooms were dull it was somehow dark.

Extremely fast check-in process, very polite and friendly staff. Spacious and clean rooms, comfortable bathrooms, good location, parking in front (or garage if necessary), all in all it was a really pleasant stay. Also, restaurant on the rooftop is really good.

There is no iron in the room. the ironing service is available but was not open at 7:00 when I needed it.Also, the breakfast could have been a bit better, Esspresso and Cappuccinos are available but at a separate charge, though I was not informed. For me it was absolutely no problem but I believe someone could raise this as an issue.

Location is ok. Restaurant is fine with live music

During the evening and night the smell of the corridors was terrible!!!

The hotel has the perfect location. It's my favorite in EdirneThe rooms are spacious. The staff is polite , and it has its own private parking

It needs some renovation and upgrades, especially the baths and the floors in the common areas. Also, the pillows are not comfortable

Location, interior and personnel. The roof rop bar.Room was clean and mini bar with some snacks and coffee was for free. There are also 2 mineral water bottles per day for free. There are pillow options available and you can select your type

The only thing that needs renewal is the shower cabin, as shower is old and some functions not working prolerly as they should, and the wooden platform insude the shower room does not seem to be a hygienic settlememt to me.Except of that eveything else is working fine and up to date.

Good

We stayed three nights and not a single day they clean the room. second day we didn’t have towels, after my reaction to the recpetion they gave as clean towels.

Good hotel. Good placement. Convenient parking place. I recommend visiting the Turkish bath. Calf and super. Great relaxation.

The hotel is subject to renovation. Weak breakfast

location

used furniture, staf is rude - i stay about 25 min in the coffee shop next to reception only to order coffee. i left without it because nobody come to take the order.poor breakfast. my window don’t close well enough and the wind come in the room.

was clean and friendly

They charge you for an omelette

super friendly staffprivate parkinggood locationcomfortable room

I believe bathroom requires renovation. In my opinion due to old tiles and shower equipment the feeling of cleanliness is not hundred percent felt. rest of the room is very comfortable and looks clean.
