The hotel staff especially the receptionist

On our way to the hotel we contacted the staff to let them know of our arrival time. Miss Nebahat sent us some informative and friendly messages on Whatsapp. She is a very helpful and smiley person.

The hotel is in a great location, but the room we stayed in was facing the street and if you are someone who is disturbed by noises, your sleep may be disturbed by the cars passing on the street until the morning.

I wrote the review of the hotel in edirne:Dirty room: The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. The bed sheets were not changed for our 3 days of staying, and the trash had not been collected at all. There was only 1 small paper towel in the bathroom When we requested assistance, we were only provided with 2 towels and 1 sheet to handle the situation ourselves, which was very disappointing.Broken lighting: Several light bulbs were not working, leaving the room inadequately lit and uninviting.Unfriendly staff: The staff, particularly the woman at the front desk, were extremely rude and unhelpful. They seemed more interested in acting authoritatively than offering any assistance to guests.Damage to car: During my stay, my car’s windshield was broken while parked in their "secure parking with CCTV." Despite requesting the security footage, I received no response from the hotel. I had informed them in advance that I needed secure parking, but they clearly failed to deliver on their promises.Violation of privacy: The hotel demanded an ID from my room visitor, which is not required by law. This seems to be a clear violation of privacy regulations.Shower malfunction: The shower was faulty and didn’t drain the water properly, causing significant inconvenience.Language barrier: The hotel staff did not speak any English, making communication very difficult.In summary: This hotel is not only dirty and unsafe for your car, but the staff is unhelpful and indifferent to guest concerns. If you're looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay, I would highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

The hotel is clean. The stuff is very nice and cooperative..Our room was a little bit noisy from the the othside motorway.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable & there was everything needed for a good day. The staff was super kind and the location was very close to the Blue market

Even though the room we stayed in was clean & no smoking was allowed, there was a tobacco smell- perhaps some guest smoking in the bathroom. Due to the hotel's central location the rooms towards the boulevard can be a bit noisy, so it's good to have ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.

Good bits first....nice modern rooms, great prices, location and staff.

The whole place stinks of cigarette smoke......it's everywhere.

The breakfast was alright but they are a bit shy with meat.

Convenient to access it, do have parking slots in the vicinity. Room was clean and staff very friendly

Breakfast is fixed, basically one boiled egg, some vegetables, few olives, cheese and salami, one burek and chips, plus tea. Coffee is charged and only available as Turkish, the espresso machine was broke. The breakfast room was dirty, dust and/or food on tables from previous customers.

Great location if you transit through Edirne. Easy to park in front of hotel, Helpful and English speaking staff. Really good value for the money

Very friendly stuff who welcomed us warmly even that we arrived very late. They helped us to find proper parking for our 6 motorcycles. Rooms are comfy and clean, but some noise can be heard from busy streets next to the hotel.

Breakfast was a bit poor, it could be improved.

The location is good.There were a few park places where you can park you car.The rooms were big.

In the one bathroom the lighting, bath panel and electric were broken. In the other bathroom there was no toilet paper. There were packets of drinks (tea and coffee) but there was no hot water kettle to make the drinks.The breakfast was the worst in Edirne.I have been in more than 15 hotels in Edirne for more than 7 years and am disappointed.The breakfast contained a few olives one cherry tomatoes one sheet of lettuce , one slice of salami , a peace of cheese, one plate with french fries and small stick full with cheese and tea without coffee. The price is expensive and the service is slow, we waited more than 40 minutes for breakfast. The tables around us were full of plates and no one picked them up.

Very nice and kind staff, Nebahat at the reception was very friendly and responsive. The rooms were clean and warm.
