    • The layout of the apartment for two sisters was great
    • The location was excellent. We were there for the folk festival and within walking distance of all venues plus close to eating places. The accommodation had everything you needed for a self catered stay with lovely views from the verandah
    • we had a premium room with views on to the river the room was large and comfortable

    Cons -

    • View was hindered as we over looked the street..
    • nil
    • I don't mind doing the dishes. But charging $30 I thought I was too much.

    - Easy booking- Easy and friendly check in- facilities were great eg. toaster, plates, mugs and cups, aircon, 2 beds, tv connected quick with Youtube and Netfix- Parking: at the door of the room

I don't mind doing the dishes. But charging $30 I thought I was too much.

Met our expectations. Clean. Location was good with water views. Good value for money. Had dinner at the hotel. Was a steak night and they had run out of salmon. Steak was very good.

Excellent location, fantastic towels best of our holiday so far.

Bed very soft, not on ground floor, noisy plumbing.

convenient location for visiting family, friendly waitress in restaurant. room large and comfortable (upstairs in main building)

lack of staff before noon, no way to finalise bill before departure.

    Didn't have breakfast.Location was good.

When we went to check on the room at 1pm we were told 'come back at two' by a person that was not over friendly.

Large room, comfortable bed, staff friendly.

There was a power outage. That was completely outside of their control (off site and effected the whole town) but it did somewhat interfere with our stay.

the location was brilliant...our room was directly opposite the water/easy walking distance to shops/the onsite hotel was terrific...George Town/Low Head are a panoramic beauty...be prepared to be surprised.

    far too short a stay..

Location & the food in the Bistro was amazing.

    The shower over the bath.

Our room was very spacious and comfortable for two adults and two teenagers. Location was very central and convenient, but also felt very peaceful. Cleanliness was top standard. Very highly recommend this accommodation, and George Town itself was a very relaxing little town with everything you need.

Great location by the water, an easy stroll to town and a very short walk to the Woolies supermarket. Free parking available just outside. Heating worked well through the night - better than we expected! Great to have a kitchenette with decent supplies. Great to have a 'make up' face washer/towel in the bathroom. Heaps of shampoo/conditioner etc supplied. Everything felt right on par with the value we expected from this accommodation and we were very happy to have booked here for an overnight stay.

Sharper knives in the kitchen - we find this a common problem, with cheap/dull knives. These tend to be more dangerous than the alternative! The room with twin beds wasn't actually sealed off from the hallway (a gap between the top of the wall and the ceiling). This meant the lights we turned on in the kitchen impacted our boys sleeping in there. Not a deal breaker by any means, though having a complete wall would mean less heating required and lower costs to the premises, as well as complete privacy in both rooms. All the above are small things and would not deter us from staying here again, though.

Villa consisted of 2 bedrooms. Ideal for families and the hotel has a beautiful setting by the river

Staff was not so welcoming and the place felt a bit deserted. Breakfast was also not available on site. These are minor things but make all the difference

Staff are always wonderful when I have stayed here. Good prices, great pizza, clean rooms, wifi that works! Oh and you can actually fit the kettle and your drink bottle under the tap to fill up.

Blown away with this wonderful motel style accommodation, right on Tamar River edge, with only a strip of lawn separating us from the water. What an incredible surprise when we opened the door to a huge living , and sleeping area. Way more space than any other motel accommodation we have stayed in this trip. Lovely comfy bed, and dining area, bathroom even has a bath (which I love).
