Nice rooms had everything you need. Comfortable bed and nice fluffy pillows.

The spa Jett’s on the spa bath were broken, very disappointing as I was looking forward to the spa bath.

Lovely spa and shower.Enjoyed having a plunger coffee and a decent TV too.

Did have an “old building “ smell on arrival.We got used to it though

Was handy to town

The facilities are dated. The couch had no sponge left was dirty and worn. The kitchen chairs were the same sitting on the wood as the sponge was gone. The fridge had a terrible vibration all night. To have a plug on my side of the bed there was 2 mulitiboxes to join together to get power. Really safe I’m sure. It was pokie and small and everything was uncomfortable including the bed. Won’t stay again.

We found the bed too firm for our old hips but the pillows were fantastic

Very clean, plenty of crockery, towels, bed linens etc and a very comfy bed. Plenty of parking.

Lots of road noise (regular double articulated lorries coming down the road) therefore disturbed sleep when windows open, and too hot to keep them closed. We were in the unit between the reception and road, there are other units further back that might not suffer the same fate.

Centrally located, within walking distance to town. Quiet, tidy, well set out rooms. Really lovely staff.

A cozy 2 bedroom unit that felt like a little house. Nicely presented. Friendly hosts. The best milk for a cuppa I've had in a long time. Easy parking. Quiet. The pillows were so good that I've ordered some for home!

The only thing that would improve our stay would be a more modern tv. But it's not a deal breaker.

It was clean and comfortable, well equipped and fantastic value for money. We had two excellent nights here. Staff were friendly and v helpful

Our room was quiet and away from the road and near to the town centre.Would have been perfect at a more reasonable price $130 to $140.The room had a musky smell needed to be aired out more regularly.Stayed in Cromwell for $50 less a night much nicer and use of a heated pool.

Great self contained accommodation. Clean, comfortable and spacious enough, due to separate bedroom, location is excellent. A big thank you to management for taking care of some personal washing/drying, this was very much appreciated. Would stay again.
