Best Boutique Hotel

Perfectly placed hotel near the center of the city. Parking available, either free (across the road) or in the underground parking of the hotel (10 euro per day). Staff was very helpful with answers for all my inquiries. The breakfast was really good, a lot to choose from and good quality also. All in all a perfect stay, would really recommend this hotel.

Very comfortable hotel with exceptional breakfast, attentive staff and big rooms

All

Everything about this hotel was terrific, but the front desk staff put it over the top. Super easy walking distance to things. Extremely clean and comfortable. Great value.

Good location, clean, spacious room, polite receptionist

Central position Very nice compared to the average in stars zagora Good pricing

Modern. Very Clean. Cooperative staff.Location. Easy to reach from the highway.Free parking. Just stop in front of the hotel and the crew will take care for the car.

To approach to the hotel one needs to be in the same lane. Big cars can not enter the underground parkingCould not to swiich off the bedlights

The best place to stay in Stara Zagora!Near the centrum with safe parking place ,very nice people at reception.

Very clean hotel, helpful staff and delicious breakfast

Superb

The fire alarm module was brightly flashing all night right over my bed

The location was perfect, breakfast was excellent and the decoration of the hall building was a bit of a positive surprise.

The staff at the reception should smile a little bit more.

Modern hotel next to the busy road of the town. The room with the terrace are superb. The restaurant is cozy and food is of good quality.

Sauna works only if you request it at least one hour before and it is for extra charge.

Breakfast was excellent and staff very helpful and friendly in a nice restaurant very cozy and comfort with large variety of every kind of food. Clean and plenty of choices. Coffee very tasty and juice as well,Pillows and mattress were very comfortable.

Can not find something negative

Very cozy and pleasant hotel. The rooms are big and comfortable and the location is ideal. The restaurant is very nice and the food is very good.

Some people in the reception (not all the receptionists) were a little rude and they didn't provide recipe for the purchases that I did from the mini bar.

The check in experience was perfect, the reception guy gave us a lot of hints where to eat our dinner and the parking experience with the car was fine. The room was spacious and the selection of food and beverages for breakfast was huge.

I stayed only for one night, so nothing was missing.

Perfect location, clean, nice staff, tasty breakfast

Service was good. Good breakfest. Hotel was clean.

Mold in the room. Room was small for 133€ per night. Smelly air conditioner in the room.

The whole thing was a great experience, from the young man who came straight out to park the car to pointing out a good restaurant ,which turned out to be very good

Making it very clear that if you want to watch a movie it is gong to cost you 30 leva!!! but you should be given a quick look before you agree to this, as I have a hearing problem and it would not turn up loud enough for me to hear

The breakfast (rich and delicious), the cleanliness of the bathroom, the big rooms and the parking service.

The room had a persistent dusty smell.

Good rooms and good location in the town, and quite new with decent restaurant in walking distance. Decent choice at breakfast and underground parkingFriendly helpful staff

Restaurant not open in evenings, bathroom small

Location. Kind and helpful staff. Cleaning. Fabulous breakfast. Welcome sweets. Underground parking.

Free toiletries were random. Sometimes they were, sometimes they weren't. Slippers, shower cap, beauty kit, sewing kit were missing, this time. Another time they were.?
