It was a lovely, modern and clean twin room with an ensuite shower/wc room. 1.5 litres of water was supplied as the water in the ensuite was not drinkable (as per the sign) and there were sachets of instant coffee. The buffet breakfast was varied and plentiful

I couldn't get the TV to operate.

No cosmetics in the bathroom and no plastic caps for protecting hair when showering. Room wasn’t big, but had everything needed. Good value for money.

Great hotel in the city center of Stara Zagora. Self check-in without any delays with registration, etc. The room is spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was fine.

Great location with a good restaurant on-site. The room was clean, and the TV had plenty of channels available. The check-in process was quick and easy, and breakfast was enjoyable. The Wi-Fi was also fast.

The hotel is listed as 4 stars on Booking.com but is actually a 3-star property. The shower head in the bathroom is clogged and needs replacement. No single-use slippers were provided. Noise around midnight was an issue, either from other guests or people talking outside the nearby restaurant after it closed on both nights of my stay.

The self check in went without any problems. Nice spacious room. Comfortable bed. Tea, coffee available. The restaurant was very nice!

It is not a dislike but the rooms are very warm(July) and the AC was too powerful to sleep with it ON all night.It is not a very bad thing from my point of view.Also I think the hotel was downgraded or something because now it is only 3 stars.

A variety of food so easy to find what I wanted. The staff were friendly and explained how it worked. Everything laid out well.

Everything was good (therefore a 7 = good), but not more. Self check in worked very well. Clean, practical (but not "elegant" as in the advertisement). Carpets are not really state of the art.

This is a 3 star hotel as printed on the logo also, old rooms with humidity smell, a few places on the sidewalk as parking, no reception - this is ok fot a 3 star hitel, I m not sure at all why it appears as 4 stars on booking. Once you arrive the hotel logo at the entrance shows 3 stars

Clean, modern decor. Comfortable room, clean bathroom. Well maintained. Also the restaurant underneath, with the same owner, is great for business and family dinners.

A great hotel in the center of Stara Zagora. Everything was perfect, except the air conditioner that was pissing inside the room every 15-20 minutes.

Just about everything. Clean, good room, self check-in worked great. Breakfast was OK.

Location was great - nice spots reachable in walking distance. Very quiet and easy to access. 2 Apples in a basket and a bottle of water help when you arrive from a long trip.Breakfast was OK, people responsive to what I asked for. Exceptionally clean. Price ratio of 65 Euros acceptable since breakfast was included.

Facilities do not look new, the aircondition was old and working very low. Carpet on the floor which is always a bit peculiar.
