Rooms were spacious and location was good.

The hotel is freezing cold. Heater in room don’t work and room smelt of cigarettes. The breakfast was very poor and the food was always so cold. Some breakfast food was left over from previous day. Breakfast variety was very limited. No cleaning service on 2nd day of our stay. No coffee or water in rooms. It’s not worth the value for money and it’s definitely not a 4 star but more like a 2 star.

Staff friendly and welcoming. Lovely breakfast.Comfy big bed. Good size room and very clean. Close to bus stop and short walk to centre.

Only disappointing thing was no kettle in the room.Nearly perfect.

Breakfast was very disappointing. Eggs and sausages were cold. The cheese was like plastic!

Silent rooms.

This hotel is 3-star but definitely not 4-star. Glasses at the bar were dirty and the atmosphere when you come in is like "nobody at home?" My room was clean, but a kind of dusty tristesse atmosphere from the past.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was served and left in front of the door. I loved it. This is the main reason I intend to stay there every time I am in Stara Zagora. In the morning, I wasn't disturbed by cleaning lady and the overall stay was noise free.

Nothing in particular. The air conditioner is positioned directly against the bed, which caused mild discomfort, but nothing unbearable.

It was quiet, as the hotel was empty. They didn't limit the AC usage like some other places.

The hotel is nowhere near 4 stars. They make you pay 10 levas a day for parking. The rooms were dirty.I was expecting the room to have a coffee machine or water. The view was bad.The breakfast was shockingly awful. I think they tried to serve us the same food all 3 days while we were there. Probably the worst breakfast I've ever had in any hotel I've been in.The restaurant wasn't working and the advertised spa and pool also were out of order.The cleaners kept entering our room without asking and they didn't even change the sheets. They just took out the trash. It's a 2 stars hotel disguised as a 4 star.

While I was sleeping with my daughter, a hotel worker stole 100 leva from my handbag .I withdrew money from the ATM to pay for the puppy the next day. In the morning came the dog seller to the hotel and in the hand bag was missing 100 leva.The ATM couldn’t have been wrong.It’s not nice to feel so unsecured that while you sleeping in your room someone is rummaging through their personal belongings

It was beautiful and quirky.

Nothing, all fine. Only one jiggle, a couple of butters were mouldy at breakfast. And Greek yogurt would be a great addition. But that’s nit-picking when all else was great.

Good spread for breakfast, loads of choice. Good location. Comfy bed. Staff spoke good English.

It's OK, just overpriced for somewhere that's very outdated... and then to add 10lv for parking is a laugh. It's like a ghost town, maybe 3 or 4 other residents there, and it's massive. There's piped music in the bathroom, which you can turn down but not off (& a cracked mirror). The 1st bedroom (8th floor) didn't even have bedding so we had to go down to reception who told us to move to the 7th floor (rather than them making up the room because there was obviously no staff). Other than that, the bedroom was clean, just outdated.

The AC was not working, the fridge was not workingI couldnt pay by cardWe left the hotel at 6.30 am so they couldnt give us some breakfast for take away.

Amazing staff, great location, good breakfast, very comfortable bed.

This hotel is such a shame. It's beautifully renovated but so badly run it's unbelievable. 4 star and you have to pay for parking... That's a joke.The breakfast was 2 day old tomatoes and slami that you wouldn't feed to a dog. Everything was cold at 8am.Coffee options were as follows:Long and short... From a machine you would see on a street corner. The hotel was cold and the staff were walearing hooded jumpers and tracksuits. Really not how a 4 star should look like. Just poor. Don't go there if you value your money.

Location is central and lady at the reception was nice, and it was one of few hotels with reasonable price for NY night (we were visiting relatives and need to sleep somewhere afterwards)

The Hotel was almost empty so they switched off the heat, it was freezing in lobby and in our room and we had to wait about an hour before took jackets and shoes off. Even guests of the hotel are asked to pay 10lv/ day for parking, hotel is bagging for refreshment.

Upon my arrival at the hotel, it turned out that the price of the parking was not included in the amount I paid for the room and they asked me for another 10 BGN parking fee. I think that this is not very correct - it was not mentioned on the website that there is an additional charge for parking.

Horrible experience of a night in a stinking room

Check in was horrible, a girl checked me in and then a guy took back the key saying that I needed to wait a couple of hours or he will charge me for another night. the room had a stinking odor, there was a cockroach in the bathroom, to take a shower you have to climb in a slippery tub, the staff with the exception of one girl is rude. Their response to the stinking room was to give me a spray and at check out another woman said that they will look into the problem which did not help me at all. This hotel does not deserve even a one star
