Green Hill Hotel

A nice hotel, a little bit outdated, clean, comfortable, a good balance price-quality, helpful staff. We received invoice when we checked in, very quickly and also a copy the other days, upon our request.

Room and bathroom very new and stylish. Located in a quiet park-like area. Great restaurant on site. Very good WiFi.

Located 7 minute taxi ride outside of city center, but taxis are inexpensive.

Low price, free private parking, good dinner resturant.

No special breakfast options, no room service, no direct connection to the reception, no toiltries provided, no spa or any other relaxation.

Disappointing

For 3 nights no one come to change the towels or trash from the room. Explain from the staff is “we have only one housekeeping and we clean only emergency rooms “ Sorry guys but I pay full amount and this is not exempted!

A newly renovated, clean and nicely located hotel.The staff is exceptionally helpful and goes out of the way to assist.

There is a parking, an elevator and a Restaurant. My room was small but enough for single traveler, reasonable prices.Not downtown but if you’re with a car it’s ok

Not very easy to be found. The building is kinda old.

The staff were very helpful and the room was good value.

It is on a hill and not in the centre but this is not so vital overall.

Electric wires in Bathroom? Fridge but no socket to power unless TV is unplugged.

Small but clean and recently renovated room. Good restaurant with very polite and friendly staff. Food is delicious. Ample parking in front of the hotel.

Took a little longer to check in. It would be useful to change the old sign on the road as it is damaged, it will help people that haven't been there before find the hotel easier.

I liked nothing about that hotel. Please avoid it. The photo of the front is misleading. The only thing I liked about it was when the taxi arrived quickly to take me away after checking out.

1. It is in a terrible place in the middle of a dump, ruins, and a construction site.2. The boiler in my bathroom made clicking noises all night until I got up to investigate and turned that boiler off.3. The shower head is set in a fixed position to hit the wall at a staggering 2 meter height .4. The staff were outside smoking, screaming and laughing well past midnight not letting me sleep.5. Breakfast isn't served before 7.30. 6. Make sure you have a passport on you or else they will cick you out in the streets even if you are a lady on your own and checking-in late at night.5. Food was awful. I chose veal, and I am sure I was served a dead cow. The meat was not veal, I have cooked and eaten enough veal in my life to identify it.

I was traveling by car and the localisation was great. 25 minutes walk to the centre or a couple of bus stops. The lady at the reception was great, the room itself wasn't huge but had everything and more than I had expected. Lovely restaurant downstairs with nice food and more than reasonable prices. Will be my go to whenever I go back to Stara Zagora!

Rooms were clean, tidy, comfortable. Complimentary coffee and tea in the room. Nice bathroom. Staff was polite and helpful. Parking is big and comfortable. I heard very nice things about the restaurant's food, but unfortunately I didn't have the opportunity to try it. Next time!

Halls felt stuffy, maybe some airing out will do miracles.

We only stayed for one night halfway. The hotel was a real surprise for us. I chose two superior rooms. The price paid was very good for the comfort and cleanliness offered. I've read bad reviews about the hotel rooms but I don't see how that's possible if you make sure you book what you expect to get. The terrace of the restaurant is very beautiful and full of greenery. Breakfast is made to order and is very well prepared. Overall score 10.
