No it was not.

The apartment it has good furniture well located in Sarafovo, clean and comfy.

Liked everything about it.

Staff was very friendly. Check-in was super easy. The pool and grounds were immaculate. The connecting restaurant had a terrific menu. Overall, a very good experience.

The beach is not that great compared to other places on the Black Sea (water is not clear, there was algae). Our room smelled a bit of previously cooked food, but wasn't a show-stopper.

Room was clean and tidy, staff were friendly and helpful.

Security, location and tranquil. The staff were amazing. The apartments are exceptionally clean and comfortable. Sun beds were plentiful and they supply pool/beach towels.

Absolutely nothing.

Excellent location.They have private beache and swimming pool. Inside secure parking and amazing stuffs.

Right now it is the beginning of off season. That's is why sometime all the facilities are not open.

Very clean, close to the beach and very comfortable beds. We enjoyed as family to stay here. I would definitely come back again. You can cook your own food and everything is included in the kitchen to prepare your own food / breakfast.

Great location, great pool area and apartment was great too

The restaurant wasn’t open so there was no-where for food or drinks unless you went out on the complex. We also only had one key, which was the only way you could get into the complex so it meant that when my husband went for his run I wasn’t able to leave the room as I couldn’t lock the door

Nice and new apartments that are relatively large. Pool is quiet large and there is a playground right next to it. There is kids playground inside too. Free electric car charger in the parking too.

No restaurant on site. There is only one restaurant across in the vesinity and the rest are very far away.

Great, quiet, relaxing location ! It was like living in a well kept park! The swimming pool is wonderful. Very easy access to the nice and clean Diddi Beach.

Everything was perfect

Amazing apartment with everything you need. Felt like home. Pool was super large, clean not overcrouded. Access to the see was great.

The swimming pool is very pretty, clean, and temperature is just right. The rooms were clean and in very good condition. Handy laundry machine in room. Big fridge in kitchen. TWO "smart" televisions. Nice balcony. There is a handy mini store across the street for laundry detergent and groceries.

Restaurant is rarely open. Instead you have to walk to the next hotel where the menu choices were too exotic/fancy for our taste. Would have helped if there was simple kufte/kebapche, pizza, burger, etc .... on the menu.

My brother and I were very impressed with everything aside from a couple of points (what surprised us below in 'What didn't you like?). The swimming pool is amazing, extremely large, clean and the whole surrounding area (sunloungers, bean-bags, gardens) were very well maintained. The 2-bedroom apartment was great, excellent sea-views from 2 balconies, spacious and comfortable living area, kitchenette with hob and oven, all the kitchen utensils one needs. The bedrooms were of a good size, medium to firm mattresses made for a good nights sleep. WiFi signal was solid and speed was excellent and consistent. Short walk to the beach through a private entrance to the rear of the resort.

The following points are more of a take note to management. A restaurant is on-site, pool-side, modern, comfortable and welcoming. We decided to have a couple of hot sandwiches with fries and a little salad. We were somewhat taken aback when they were served in polystyrene boxes with plastic cutlery. You can't do that to guests, it's a restaurant not a take-away establishment. You really should provide a single kitchen roll in the kitchenette, they cost next to nothing and will be appreciated.

customer service skills need to definitely get better, besides the lady who helped us check in the rest of the customer service agents were either very new or not knowledgeable at all. i also do not like the fact that the hotel is represented as a resort, it is not a resort but more close to a decent 3.5 star apartment hotel so it needs to be corrected. I expect the resort to have a functioning restaurant inside the hotel territory itself with more knowledgeable staff, The complaints i have with staff is we were directed to another hotel for breakfast where there was no clarity on what is offered in 30 lev per person, secondly even though we could use the gym in that hotel encouraged by the staff as it was not available in hotel we were staying at, there was confusion created by staff in what facilities we can use and what not. We had lunch at their recommended same hotel restaurant we were supposed to use the gym, it was an average meal but the worst thing they did to us was to throw us from their swimming pool saying that we should be using the pool at the hotel we are staying in where they themselves gave us option of using other hotel facilities. It was very disrespectful and we will never be staying at this hotel ever again in future.
