Great hotel with a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped apartment. Very friendly staff and a perfect location, easy to get around.

Comfort, convenience, kitchen is well-supplied, staff is very helpful.

Location is great, very close to the center and easily accessed by car as well.The staff was attentive and cooperative.Parking is a real plus around here, we used it for 10 days!

Was very nice room and the reception also very nice and kind. Very clean and comfortable. Just the big bed matrix was a bit uncomfortable but the single one was ok.

Narrow tunnel in the underground car parking. No empty space in the public parking outside..

Great location - quiet & close to the city center in the same time.

The bed was too soft & was making a slight dent in the middle, which was not so comfortable & we were not able to rest 100%.

The receptionist on 07th September was exceptionally supportive, kind and easygoing.The room was clean and comfortable.

The refrigerator was not working.

Nice hotel in direct in the city of Burgas. The beach is about 15min walk but really nice.At the evening you really in the center. The hotel dont have breakfast!? But there is actually very good restaurant also.

There is no breakfast. They can do a deal with the restaurant actually.

The room was small shower and toilet was together mix I have to set on the toilet then use the shower because no more space for showering which I didn’t really like it! the bed was really uncomfortable.!!

The location is perfect, the surroundings are quiet. The building is relatively new and there is a decent restaurant. The garage is a plus even though for a low vehicle it would be challenging to park. The kitchenette was a big advantage.

Even though the building is new, the rooms show signs of wear and tear.

It was nice and clean , friendly lady welcoming my mother at the reception with smile , that is first impression, and was like 20:30 ! Clean and happy with the hotel location and overall value for money was totally worth. Will be back to you guys again 1000%

You can get more support from a random stranger on the street than from reception.

It was a very busy time, and finding a single hotel I could stay in for all 3 days was difficult. I found a few, but this hotel looked like the better one. My expectations were set by the hotel's website and reviews, and I was not disappointed. The onsight restaurant was also very convenient and good. The location was very close to the city center, and walking to the oceanside park was easy. Excellent value. All good, I will stay again!

Bathroom was leaking , shower water all over the floor! Very unfriendly reception on check in. Poor value for money. Needs an upgrade!! Old fashion and crappy looking room! Totally dissatisfied. What a rip off sorry!!

All of the above! Employ friendly staff, no mention there was parking we only found that out when we left!! Well she could not be bothered another annoying factor!! At least have a kettle in the room for charging such a high rate for a poor value hotel!

The bed was comfortable. Fridge and air conditioning worked well. Bathroom was large and featured a proper shower and a bidet. Shampoo and soap were provided. Everything was clean and tidy. Balcony was good. Overall very good (above average) for this price in Burgas. I would have loved to stay a couple of nights longer. Receptionists were friendly and polite.
