One of the most memorable experiences was my trip to the airport in the hotel’s Rolls Royce. :) The journey was the perfect way to conclude my stay, leaving me feeling pampered and refreshed in the most luxurious style.The Reserve exceeded all my expectations making it an unforgettable experience.
Cons -
- There were quite a few mishaps. Like at dinner when we got a lobster salad, there was part of the shell…I almost broke my tooth. I told this to the waiter but I think he didn’t understand me, I didn’t want to repeat myself…The waiter was very nice otherwise. It was also uncommon that we didn’t get a complimentary bread and butter/olive oil before dinner….even though the waiter asked kitchen to do something and they decorated our meals with some sort of very thin toasted bread slice…it was nice to look at but I think in a hotel like this there should be at least bread and butter before the main course. The private concierge messenger was a bit late with our room service at the day of departure but they made up for it later. Airport shuttle should have had a person with us to fast track the check in at the airport but we didn’t have anymore, that was a bit disappointing as well.
