Nice room with nice staff in great location. Parking, too. Closest we could get to the beach! Easy walking distance to all the sights. Really good breakfast.

No individual temp control in the rooms, so had to keep windows open to decrease the standard 80 degrees. Appreciated the parking, but small garage meant cars were stacked and delayed our departure.

Perfect location close to the port and the the Sea Garden. We got a deluxe room with sea view and it is magnificent to watch the sunrise from the patio. Very polite staff, breakfast was rich and delicious. Very nice bar in the lobby.

It is winter- they could have added a blanket and a few extra pillows in the wardrobe for just in case. I had to wrap around with the two bathrobes lol. Shower is a bit weak. Toilets need updating.

Garaging car was a bit of a nuisance - had to be done by staff. Sauna had to be paid for.

There is a parking for two cars only, they charge money for parking which is no exist.

You could hear the music from the restaurants in the port and little fridge in the room bit noisy apart of that very good hotel

I really liked the location and the staff's attitude. The professional at the reception was friendly, informed me about the breakfast time frames, and provided useful information about local taxis.However, compared to higher-end hotels, there are usually bellboys who assist with luggage.I really liked the breakfast—I think the selection was good. There were plenty of both savory and sweet dishes.

I expected more shower towels and a dressing gown. The water pressure in the toilet flush system was really low, so you had to press the button repeatedly. The selection of body care products was poor—they felt very cheap.

Big room big bed and big bathroom.

Stayed there for just one night on a short business trip. Booked a room with a frontal sea view and I completely enjoyed it. I arrived in the late evening and the sea with moon reflections was just beatiful, as well as the dawn and morning walk along the sea shore. The brakfast was very good although some picky guests could expect a bit more. The reception staff was friendly and pleasant in communication. Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much!

You need to pay extra for a beach view and early check in even I inform early that we will arrive about an hour earlier for check in .

Excellent location, 3 minutes walking distance from the public beach. The rooms facing the Black Sea offer a spectacular sunrise view. Spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds, spot white bedsheets and all range of toiletries. Breakfast is very good. They serve an amazing local cheese and spinach pie. The hotel staff is very friendly!

A tea & coffee station or a kettle in the room would be useful.Some of the towels could use a refresh.For a light sleeper, windows are not very soundproof and you can hear the morning traffic.
