Caprice Family Hotel

Great experience with the staff, the guy at reception stayed after his working hours to check me in as I arrived late. Very nice gesture! The property felt very safe (solo female traveler). Location is amazing to my taste- not in the centre chaos, in the same time close to everything. It’s very nice basic hotel, friendly, helpful, great location. Thank you!

Nothing, everything was as described.

The room was clean and comfortable.

No place to charge my phone and laptop, because no American standard outlets, neither USB ports. At the weekend there is no staff at the reception

The staff was really understanding and kind. There is air-conditioning. The hotel is in a great spot. The price is great comparing it with other hotels around.

The floor was a little dirty (not too much). The vent in the bathroom seems to not be working.

The internet kept on and off

there wasn’t a shampoo in the bathroom, I couldn’t make a little bit late check out which wasn’t so good at least the hotel was located near my girlfriend’s apartment ?‍♂️

The hotel is excellent. Elevator for all floors, the room is what you would expect from a hotel, with a comfortable bed and a comfortable armchair. the AC is working well and there is a fridge. It is more that what I was expecting by just looking at the pictures. Very well located, Walking distance from pedestrian area and shopping places.

There is no parking you can reserve from the hotel

The close proximity to the centre of city. Can recommend for a few days in Varna. Comfortable room.

Great location, the room was clean. Even if the furniture is not the newest it’s kept very well.

Basic, simple, warm and family. The owner is very nice. The air conditioner was excellent. We arrived late at night and checked in independently, the instructions we received were simple and accurate so there were no problems.

Easy check in and out, two key cards for triple room, good location. Friendly receptionist. Hotel is clean and well maintained, the room was spacious and clean. Toiletries provided.

The location is good

The room was very small; no balcony; the bathroom looked dirty; we stuck in the elevator; the man that was at the front desk didn’t seem to care much

Loved the hotel. Perfect for the 3 of us. The guy (not sure if he was the owner / manager or receptionist) was really helpful. His English is fantastic which made our trip that little bit easier as he helped translate the train times, gave advice for car rental. Could not fault him.

Embarrassing

A lady that I have never seen before knocked my door to make problems and the receptionist told her in which room I was when that’s private.

Good Location. Pretty new and well equipment interior. Big terrace.

Galley faucet require repair. Permanent light sewage stinks in the apartment (open windows helps for this). Building common spaces lack of ventilation.

The staff was very polite, the location is very close to the city center and the room felt comfortable. Inside it was very clean and the balcony had a good view. I was surprised to see that there were many channels on the TV, there is something for every taste. The wi-fi speed was great, but in the evening it got slower, since more people were using it at once. Security at the facility is also good.
