They told me I didn't book on booking.com and I had to pay out of pocket for the hotel again on arrival for myself and my coworkers. Terrible.

Friendly, employees and good location

The bathroom is not safe for bathing, the tiles are slippery.

It is good for a one night stay. Staff were very friendly and they got a large taxi for us the next morning. I found it quite enough to sleep. I saw others complained of noise, but it wasn’t an issue for us. The restaurant serves really good food.

My wife couldn’t find any hairdryer.

The hotel was fine. As we expected. We had to leave earlier, that was no problem. They also helped us with the kids. The breakfast was a lot and not buffet, it was ordered from the card and fresh, but too much for us, sadly.

The room was a smoker room, so the kids could smell the cigarettes the whole time. And the hotel is next to the traintrack and the mainstreet, so nothing for you if you have problems to sleep next to such noises. It can happen that a train uses the horn in the middle of the night.

Shower on the floor without any even basic shower tray? Refused to use it due to hygiene reasons!Bed very small and uncomfortable. Entire hotel smelled of cigarette smoke.Very noisy location.

It was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly

good location if you need it for airport transfer in the morning, I took this hotel for sleepover, wouldn't choose again for long stay, fine for 1 night. I had sea side room, very noisy, but clean, very nice and helpful staff.

Air condition didnt work, it was 28 degress in my room, windows do not separate nooses from outside, very loud inside the room, street sounds and train (raildAre just next to the hotel)

The staff were friendly and helpful. They made sure our stay was pleasant. The view from our balcony was great and we enjoyed it. The room was clean and tidy.

There were a few inconveniences, such as the lightbulbs flickered and one went out, the breakfast, although decently prepared, was limited to what we expected. We also had to turn off the fridge, since it was making loud noises at night. The shower water in the bathroom didn't drain well and the tiles were wet for the entirety of our two night stay.

Staff is friendly and very supportive. The room we had was clean (although there was some dust due to the open window as the road is being worked on).The shower did not have a cabin but it was ok for us. We just stayed for one night so it was not a big deal anyway.The hotel is located near the airport which is quite ideal.

There are some parking spots, but not too many. Luckily the recepcionist "reserved" her spot for us.Although the hotel does have a restaurant there are none in the vicinity. One can drive to the grand mall (free parking for two hours, if you eat there the free period is extended with another two hours).

The crew was really nice.

The location is in the industrial area, nothing to do nearby, the bed not so comfortable.

Cheap, easy to check-in, nice staff, clean.

The staff was not nice and not welcoming...the lady at the breakfast restaurant was rude and with attitude when i just asked her information about the menu.. noisy neighbours ( shouting on the phone for hours) noisy busy roadside....very bad experience

Friendly and efficient staff, clean albeit tired rooms. I noticed some negative comments about the breakfast but actually we liked it (maybe it has recently improved?). Good value for money if you are just passing through and need a place to "crash" for a night. Our flight landed in Varna at 1AM and the next day were driving on to Burgas, so it was fine for that.

Rooms are quite tired and basic, would only recommended if you are transitioning from one location to another - which was our case.

Distance from the airport.

No working pin-terminal or bank account number available to send the payment. I was requested to go to the nearest ATM, but this one also was temporary out of service. The six euro breackfast was three slices of toast with ham and cheese and a hot and cold drink. Not really worth the six euro's. In the end I payed the receptionist the 46 euro by bank transfer to his own personal bank number. Expecting him to pay his boss. I got a survay e-mail send by the hotel itself. The link in it opens a page with 404 error.

B1tch of a waitress at breakfast, absolutely horrible woman. miserable selection of food and drinks. Nasty nescafe or kids squash.

Above all the engaging young staff. They were eager to help .

A. kettle in the room. would have been very useful. It's a usual accessory . The hotel has a good cafe but its opening hours are restricted. ( naturally because the hotel quite isolated from the town

The price and distance from the airport.

Rundown loud AC which almost does not keep the temperature down, and it's hard to sleep with such a loud AC.

The hotel was better than I expected, considering it is in the industrial area.Yes, it was a little noisy as you would expect.The room was clean and tidy.The view from the balcony was rather nice.I was on the 4th floor, and there were 2 lifts, both of which worked smoothly. On arrival, the lady who served and checked me in spoke English and was very polite and happy.

The air-conditioning could have got a bit cooler, but it was still cooler inside than outside.

The hotel corresponds to its purpose, to spend the night near the airport. It is fully comfortable, but there is no chic, but it is very good for an overnight stay for one or two nights. It takes 5 minutes by taxi from the airport and costs 5 Euros. There is a gas station nearby where you can buy groceries.

The hotel is inexpensive, because the price corresponds to the quality, I got what I paid for.
