Opera Family Hotel - former City Mark hotel

Super friendly staff basic place, but got everything i needed

Prime location, staff was beyond friendly and helpful. For the price it’s perfect if you’re solo traveling.

That I couldn’t stay longer in Varna ;) nothing bad everything was good with this property.

Location was perfect. We could walk to everywhere easily.

The furniture was old and not in a good condition. The bathroom was not useful.

There was wedding at the restaurant hotel lobby and it was super noisy all night. We couldn’t sleep at all before our early flight in the morning. When I sent a message to the hotel to ask when this will be ended, I have not received any response. The bed was not comfortable. Mattresses are too soft .

Perfect location, top Center. We enjoyed the coffee in the building, lovely breakfast menu and a nice cup of coffee . The room was enough for family of four persons. Good restaurants around the hotel only 10 mins of walk. We managed to park our car in a parking lot near the hotel and mostly enjoy our stay in the hotel by walk.

Sweet helpful staff upon arrival. Great location. Great bed. Value for money.

After 6pm no staff at all, also in the morning upon departure. Room is very small.

The hotel is located directly in the city center across the Opera. You get a wonderful view of the plaza and have several restaurants and grocery/shopping options nearby. The beach is only a 15 minute walk away. The area feels very vibrant and safe. The room is big, the bed comfortable, there is a TV, air conditioning and TWO balconies.

Perfect location. Modest but clean rooms that have it all for the price. Nice staff.

We travelled to Varna to spend New Year's Eve in the city centre and the hotel has the perfect location - you walk out right on the city square where the big celebration is, 10 - 15 minutes wlak from the beach, the railway station, and restaurants and coffee shops. The room is very big and comfortable. We've been travelling 3 people together for some time and this is the first hotel which offers a normal bed for the third adult person. Very friendly and helpful staff.
