Vemara City Boutique Hotel-free parking

Lovely staff, a beautiful pool. Nice location in between the city and the beaches of Sv. Konstantin i Elena and Zlatni Pyasatsi. A 24/7 supermarket is just 2 minutes away, as well as a nice pizzeria. Would recommend it to families and groups - you'll feel like at home.

The staff was the first great impression of the place. Mihail and Simeon were running around the place ruining what seemed to be the whole hotel without missing a beat! Got a nice upgrade along with my friends I can with and the service was fantastic during our stay. The location was also perfect just between the old town in Varna and the cool beach clubs just north of the Hotel.

To short of a visit

The location is good. Big advantage is the parking. The staff was very helpful and well trained. Quick check-in process during the night.

Some of the amenities in the room were damaged and rusted - toilet paper holder, bins, faucets. Some of the light bulbs were burned out and nobody changed them. A bit old towels and linen.

The hotel was very clean and very good location. Room was very good and reception Lady was helpfull and smiling❤️, probably again we will stay.

They tried to scam us! I've paid for 1 bedroom apartment and they gave us an apartment that was half of the size and had nothing to do with the pictures. On the 2nd date I asked for refund and they gave us the apartment I paid for. The bathtub got clogged the 1st day and nobody came to fix it for 6 days. We didn't have even a single cleaning and I had to ask for toilette paper and to discard the trash in front of the apartment twice. Service is non existent!

The bedsheets and towels were clean. The staff were helpful. The furniture and design of the hotel was quite elegant. The wifi worked really well.

The location is a bit unfortunate: the hotel is on a hillside, where there's not much to do. A car is a must to get into Varna.The cleaning was quite arbitrary: sometimes no cleaning at all. At one point, I carried my own trash bag to the reception and asked them to discard it for me and asked for new towels.The breakfast was far from wonderful: neither the stale cornflakes nor the Nutella imitation qualified as such, not to mention that only hot milk was available. When asked whether we can get hot chocolate, the answer was a simple no.There was smoke or sewage smell coming through the ventilation.The shower head is in need of fixing.The room we were in is a new addition to the hotel, and was missing a few things: bathroom shelf, clothes-drying rack (for wet clothes), and kitchen equipment and utensils (as of now, cooking in the kitchen is impossible unless you carry your own stuff).

The pool area was relaxing despite it not being quite finished. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel/studio was nice and clean.

There is no equipment in the studio apartment to self cater. Shower spirted water from every joint. I stabbed my heel on sharp trim on the shower base. The hotel seems slightly unfinished. Breakfast was cold if I didn't eat before 8 am.

Warm and crystal clear pool. New facility with wonderful furniture in the common areas. Tidy and very clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. The food in the restaurant was delicious.

The hotel is very clean and has a pool! The staff were super friendly and helped us book all our taxis to and from the hotel. The breakfast was relatively standard - but good enough given the affordability of the hotel.

The hotel is located a little out of central Varna and is not a short walk away from the beach. However since Taxis are so cheap in Bulgaria, it cost us approx. £5 to get to Varna beach - so it really wasn’t a problem.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The room was immaculately clean, providing a comfortable and cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. What truly stood out, though, was the incredibly friendly and accommodating staff who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for a memorable visit to Varna. We'll definitely return here next year!

It was a new building and clean.

The pool was not very clean and the jacuzzi was not finished. We received different information about the menu and time for Breakfast every day.

Everything is brand new and looks great. When we arrived it was very very clean.

We were there for 3 days and no one came to clean our room, or to change the towels, or even to empty the litter or to bring some toilet paper.

My family and I stayed in a studio apartment in August 2023 for 4 nights. This is a brand new hotel, which has its positives and negatives, but we enjoyed our stay 100%. They have spacious rooms, awesome comfortable beds, the hotel even provided a crib for our kid (it wasn't available in the booking), the kitchen had necessities like glassware and utensils, etc. The hotel has private parking, a very nice restaurant and the perfect pool. The staff was very friendly and outgoing whenever we needed anything. There's a store and a good Italian restaurant 2 min walk from the hotel, so if you want some diversity - there you go!

There's not much to say here, all was great for us! As this is a new hotel they are still getting up to speed, I think. What I mean is when we moved in the air conditioner wasn't working because no one before us tried to use it and it was fixed in no time =) The studio has a kitchen but it didn't have any pans and pots to cook in, this was also fixed by the awesome hostess. Some people may find the fact that the location is a bit far from the beach discouraging, but having a car solved this issue for us - 5 minute drive and you are there.
