Cheap

No air cleaning in the budget room so it was extremely smelly and the toilet smell came to one of the bedrooms.

Spacious apartment, dog friendly, friendly staff.

Tight & tricky parking, location not good at all.

Nice Hotel overall ?.The rooms are clean,Comfortable beds,

Main problem is Too far from the beach ? ?️, Railway station ?, and from the City center ?

Upgrade room for free and helpful service, prompt replies

Originally placed in basement room with damp smell and no windows. By UK property habitation laws, it would be seen as a health risk

Huge bathroom with double shower. The room is full of mirrors, comfortable beds. Free parking in front of the hotel.

BAD.

Room is dark, wet, unclean, smells bad - basically a prison cell. It is nothing like the picture they advertise. Left immediately, did not stay, yet the owner refused a refund.

No staff when I attended and followed easy instructions on email with code for doors. No need for key or key card.

Was in basement room, no windows and on first night very bad sewage smell. Had gone by morning. Very bumpy bed although good size. Ensuite but shower head was small detachable and kept flying off bracket when in use. Had 2 nights, was cheap, did job but its well away from centre, would only stay if had to be in that area and no other options. Other rooms seemed to have balconies so may be better. Wouldnt stay more than a night or so.

We had a very warm welcome from the reception, and were very pleased to find a full kitchenette in the bedroom. There was always loads of hot water, and if we'd wanted to put a wash on...there was even a washing machine. A particular highlight was the glow-in-the-dark wall paper!

The bed was a bit lumpy, but using the extra bedding under the bottom sheet helped alleviate the issue. There is also a lot of building work in the area - which of course is nothing to do with the hotel itself - but it does make it very difficult for pedestrians. (No pavements, a lot of rubble etc) If you're coming by car/taxi though, you'll be fine!

Internet was ok, parking is ok

It was not clean, bathroom was full of mold, water at closet was flowing all night, old refrigerator, old bathtub which cannot be used with shower

Although it was a none smoking room, the toilet/shower room was full of smoke that came from the vent above the reception room, so much that my wife refused to shower in it. The bed mattress was so worn down we had to put blankets on it so as not to sleep on the divan base.

Neli is fantastic. Always helpful. She navigated me with the convenient buses. Normally, the check out is by 12am and she allowed me to remain more. The hotel is near by the place where my son had exams. I really enjoy my stay there and highly recommend the Paralax hotel.

Close to Technical University

Old furniture, carpets and linen and visibly worn out and quite dirty.

The room was pretty spacious. The bathroom was also great. Great value for money.

It wasn’t very clean. A little bit hard to reach by public transport.

It was a one night stay and it was ok

Shower head was leaking and the cleanliness could be better..

The hotel was pleasant, clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a room with a four poster bed and a jacuzzi which was an unexpected bonus! The continental breakfast was absolutely delicious too.

The hotel is not situated in a particularly pleasant area of Varna. The walk to the nearest restaurant was along a busy main road with a very narrow uneven pavement. Not ideal for after dark.
