Park Hotel Perla

We had wonderful easy-going time at the Perla hotel- recommended

Food was very good, apartment too, swimming pool clean and with enough sun beds and sun brelas...

The floor in our room was dirty and we asked once for a fresh towel, but they refused to give us an extra one. The lifeguard wasn’t watching the pool — instead, he was using a high-pressure washer right next to the swimmers, which was extremely noisy and ruined any chance to relax. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The room is spacious with a balcony

- the food is very basic with a limited choice - you have to pay for parking 15 BGN/day- it is a bit far from the beach and the bar / restaurants and shops- swimming pool close at 6pm and restaurant at 8pm

The hotel clening os very poor, the facilities are old and poorly functioning and the food is very basic (rice and potatoes all the time) with uncooked meat

The room was very spasios, with one bathroom and plus one toilet, the cleaning lady was georgus and every day cleaned our room. The swimming pool was good.

We had an all-inclusive arrangement, but management didn't know what really means all inclusive. They are stacked in some communist era the ambiente looks like that and served eggs in every variant for breakfast and a little bit salami. The lunch and dinner were the same, from meat only chicken and pork and with no other choice. Drinks from the wendling machine were in the price, and this only in the restaurant for others you must pay. From the first day the parking gard when we arrive start to argue with our taxi driver why he brings us a front of the hotel. The manager argues whit my whife why our kids get out from restaurant with croissants in hands. If you are thirsty or your kid, there is no water in the night hours everything is closed, and don't have machine for water or fridge to take. Don't have bar in room with drinks and exactly no exist real all inklusive in this Hotel. Also we were at 7th floor and didn't have pressure on hot water when somebody had a schower you must with cold water did it.

There is a parking lot. The pool is nice however overcrowded.

If you have no money, this hotel is for you. It is the Ryanair of the Golden Sands Hotels.The rooms were not clean. The hotel should work on customer service as the old receptionist was very rude, especially rude with Bulgarian clients. The AC is broken, while it is working and outside it is 34C, inside the temperature is 28. How is this even possible? Ask the technician who installed a captor to stop the AC once you open the window. The breakfast was dry and some food looked like leftovers. I would never return and if you want a minimum confort and a working AC, choose another place.

Breakfast was total disaster! Cheep products! Everything was imitation - the butter was not butter, the jam was fake, the espresso ! - it was powder with water!

Pool was nice, but murky

The bed was very uncomfortable and the sheets didn’t fit the stained mattress. There were stains on the sheets and towel. The food was very oily, we would have preferred to eat elsewhere. The shower barely had any water come out of it.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Few minutes by walk to the center of Golden Sands, but there is no loud music around and area is very peaceful. Hotel is surrounded with a lot of trees and have a beautiful garden.

During the night it was quite.

Been asked to give the passport for check in.Low quantity to choose for"all-inclusive".You have to walk into the restaurant-bar,for drinks"all-inclusive",even though they have bar near pool.They forbid swimming suit in restaurant so you have to dress up all the time you want to drink.Miserable food.On our third day we received rotten eggs.Families with kids eat every day and they did not think about it.They will not accept to pay by card.No socket by the bad.

Very good and various food, nice pool, i liked the garden where we served the meals, very good wifi, amable staff

Rooms are a little bit small and outdated but they are ok and clean

The room was very dirty, only supeeficially cleaned, spiderweb above the door, dust everywhere, sand on the floor and chair, hair on the bedrest, asked for someone to come clean the room, they sent someone to check and moved us to a different room, was still dirty, went again to reception and asked for a vaccum to vaccum the room myself but was declined. Later realised that the ac was stuck on a temperature that did not cool the room, went again to the reception desk and the receptionist said there is nothing she can do for us, asked to speak with a manager and was told that i can do that the next day at 13:00. Stayed the night and canceled the rest of our 7 day holiday after that. Another dissapointhing thing was that the staff didn't speak english exept for the ones at the reception desk.Food was decent but low variety.Showed a picture of the dirty mattress to the manager that was somehow there when we checkedout and was told that tourists did this, and that they change them at the end if the season but that mattress was at least 5 years old.

We stayed at a cozy hotel with a nice outdoor restaurant. The food was good, with some dishes standing out more than others. The salads were splendid and very interesting. The staff was professional and friendly.

Initially, the room cleaning was not great, but it improved over time. Since we received a better room than we originally booked, we couldn't complain much, and it was alright overall.

Hotel staff really welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was good. Nice outside area for dining. Quiet and relaxing location, but near enough to bars and restaurants

I had a good experience. The staff were friendly and check-in was quick. My room was comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety. The hotel's location was convenient for public transport. Overall, a pleasant stay. I would recommend it.

The staff was very friendly, the pool is clean.

The overall cleaning of the hotel is poor. A lot of dusts in the room, towels were not changed. Food wasn’t very good - not a lot of options + every day the meat was undercooked :(.
