RUBO Hotel

I was able to enter into the hotel and access my room in the midnight despite nobody on duty was present at that time of the night.

Handheld bidet sprayer installation was bad. It was hard to use it

Free indoor parking area. Direct access to the rooms from the parking lot. Pretty big room with modern furniture. Friendly staff. Even a bidet in the toilet which is a big plus.

The room floor was a bit dusty. It wasn't thoroughly cleaned.

The underground parking. The size of the rooms. Comfortable bed.

Nothing to mention

Absolutely everything, the place is very modern, well-kept and digitalized, nice garden, spacious rooms, super polite staff.

Great new hotel with underground parking and close to the centre.

A little bit cold in the room. It seemed that the AC was not enough.

Everything

3rd time in this hotel and no one ever told us that we had to pay extra for taking the dog. This information should be on the website and booking.com and not afterwards at check-out. the price for taking the dog is also not in proportion to the room price.

It was very warm inside and very clean, the coffee machine and that the kitchen was equipped we liked that.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable, curtains don't fit to the windows so we had lot of light coming in, in the morning. We had coffee but no sugar and salt.

Staff were very friendly and halpful. Breakfast was very good. Apartments are very comfortable. And location is good. Everything you can expect from a good hotel. Also the buliding and everything were newly built and done.

everything was great. very near to city center, underground parking, nice breakfast, very clean rooms

Clean should be every single day.

There is no cleaning in Weekend, bath small and always wet.

Best valuePerfect apartment’s condition Good location

The quality, modern feel, the yoga mat in the room, the garage, everything

Modern neat building, tasteful organized room, very very clean, underground parking, cute girls at the reception

New place with nice decoration.

There was different range of lights in room. This always make me crazy about place. Breakfast was not wow but money-quality is ok.

nice garage for the car. excellent breakfast. very clean room. most important - the staff. very helpful, very kind, solve any problem, will do everything to make you satisfied.

none:)

A new property, new facilities , decent breakfast

Breakfast could be improved

Nice administrator. Internal garage.

A/C was too noisy, so we had to turn it down for night, while it were 35C outside.

Very nice although small hotel. Good location near big event hall.

There was a construction site next to the hotel so it is little noisy during the day.

I was here for the second time. Thus I knew the hotel and fortunately nothing has changed to the worse. Friendly staff, excellent WiFi. A real bonus is the free-of-charge garage (with charging station, already!)

A dog in the neighbouring room barking at night and in the morning is a no-go, but preaumably an exception.

Location is not perfect but close to center, nearly a great hotel to stay comfortable ..

Parking entrance is for SUV models, sedan autos has risk to touch the bottom of the car due to insufficient ramp in the entrance. Hope this can be solved.
