Smaller resort, very quiet and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. A taxi from the airport to the resort included in the price was very helpful and reassuring to me ( first time, solo female ). I liked the minimalist decor and their attempts to be ecologically conscious. The ocean view was expansive.

I thought the food was over-priced for the quality. I would have appreciated an umbrella on the balcony, as there was no shade all day ( room was at the front, facing the ocean ). The building is on the far side of the main road, so the traffic could be heard, but this did not bother me.

Requested clean towels as room cleaning is only every third day. They ask me to pay extra for this .Breakfast was very basic.

All basic things for relaxing in place. Good breakfast.

No info before, that next area of the hotel is the construction work site. By claiming and paying additional fee, it was possible to change the room and to have silent room with perfect view.

Nice pool area … good location. Beautiful deck off of room.

Nice three star hotel. Clean facilities, nice pool with a bar. Lovely staff.Relaxing music on loop which I actually enjoyed. Great location for a relaxing stay but also a few restaurants and bars nearby. Cool roof top area with Jacuzzi and hammocks and bean bags. Late check out was a nice option with a small charge.Overall, really nice stay for a good value.

Cleaning only a few days. We stayed from Wednesday till Sunday and not once our towels or sheets were changed. Half board felt more like a student canteen with only a few choices of food. So if you are a fussy eater you might struggle to find something to eat. No double beds, only two single beds put together which constantly moved and ended up with a whole in the middle.

location. However it depends, if you are looking for a quiet place to spend some time with your kids on the beach its amazing. But if you are here for a party then its getting problematic

I absolutely loved the swimming pool and the fact that it was open until the sunset.There were always enough sunbeds to choose from. The hotel attendants were very friendly and helpful.I liked the balcony. It was very spacious. The location of the hotel was great. Close to the bus stops and shops. The airconditioning was working well although sometimes you could smell the cigarettes...

I didn't like the food much. It was not as varied as I had expected. Meals that were supposed to be warm were often lukewarm or cold. The cocktails were very delicious though and my daughter enjoyed the Starbucks drinks.

Good location, close to the beach, the area is very chill with less tourists compared to playa de las americas. Most of the rooms have balconies with sea view. Nice pool and sunbeds.We did not try any food in the hotel but the drinks are good.

Additional cost to change towels and cleaning

Great location, good breakfast options, big clean swimming pool, about 10 minutes walk to the La Arena ‘black sand’ beach. Close shops and restaurants.If u drive and cannot find a space to park at the front of the hotel, just drive a little bit around, it might be hard to find especially at night, but you ll surely find a free space to park.Special shoutout to Tomas and Maria for their great customer service, ever willing to help you out.

Our room is cleaned every 3 days not daily, I don’t know if this applicable to all rooms.

That's it! It was a delightful three days and three nights! The staff is very hospitable! The room would be spotlessly clean! The pool is perfect. The back yard is beautiful and my son played balls all evening. Special thanks for the delicious breakfasts! We will definitely be back!!! Thank you for your hospitality!

Great hotel in a quiet area of Puerto Santiago. Good value for money.

The hotel doesn't have a parking and is challenging to park in the surroundings.

The location is super, 5 minutes walk to the beach with black volcanic sand, overall the hotel is good

terrible staff, I didn't like the attitude of the staff

The beds are very comfortable. We had a balcony that had a beautiful beach views. Located just by the beach and plenty of restaurants. It’s not crazy or loud area/ very quiet and very nice and easy. Staff were great and helped whenever we needed anything. They also provide a taxi or shuttle bus to airport/ out. I would be back.

Once we arrived the bathroom had a bad smell.

rooms are not soundproof and you get a lot of noises from other rooms, bed was not very stable, shaky and was moving a lot and made sounds, food for dinner buffet - not very tasty and poor selection

My husband and I stayed here for 7 nights and we didn’t want to leave. The atmosphere and cleanliness of this hotel was amazing. The staff were also so helpful, nice and their English was excellent allowing us to communicate effortlessly. We loved the pool side DJ on the Thursday and all that they had to offer around the facilities including, fresh water machines to refill our bottles with, delicious breakfast, hammocks, comfy lounge couches and a play area. The whole vibe of this hotel is fun, colorful and upbeat which is exactly what we were looking for on our holiday. The downtown is also great as it is not super busy with some great restaurants and two grocery stores within walking distance. Another huge benefit is all the street parking with white lines is free and we never had a problem finding a spot. Would highly recommend.

Clean, very friendly staff and lovely heated pool

We really wanted to like this hotel, it has potential and could be a great place to relax. Unfortunately, our experience was affected by a serious lack of soundproofing.You can hear absolutely everything from the neighboring rooms. In our case, we were especially unlucky, as the guests behind us came to party - drinking and being loud until early morning hours, completely ignoring the fact that there were other people around.We reached out to the reception asking them to speak to the guests, but it didn’t really help.Another downside was the food - it felt low quality, bland, and lacking basic seasoning. Nothing terrible, just very plain and not enjoyable.All in all, if it weren’t for the noise, this place could have been a fantastic spot to unwind.
