Great location, so much to do! Pool was awesome and staff was amazing.

3 bed apartment was huge- as was the garden. All of the furnishings were of a high quality. We’re not golfers but just wanted somewhere nice to stay in that area of Tenerife. It’s a good option if you want quality and somewhere with a variety of restaurants close by - including the facilities of the Ritz Carlton which you can walk to (or the resort minibus drives you there in 3 mins)

    10RuslanhilchPosted on: 4-11-2025

The whole place is very well maintained. The apartments are large and comfy, with great view on the sea and golf course. Breakfast was delicious although sometimes I wished it would get served faster. The staff were polite and friendly. The administration offers a minivan if guests need to go to the store or the beach.

Stayed in one of their three bedroom villas (which we were kindly upgraded to from a two bedroom upon arrival). Absolutely beautiful property with four different seating areas and spectacular views. My husband and I came here for a short 4 day break to escape the cold British weather, neither of us are golfers but we appreciated the beautiful greens and manicured grass, and wonderful surroundings. Yes there was some building work going on at the far side of the site constructing their luxury villas, but we hardly noticed it and it certainly didn’t impact on our stay once. We ate in each of the three onsite restaurants over the three nights and our favourite was actually the Tagara at the top of the hill. Food was exquisite and service impeccable. Breakfasts were also lovely and the staff always smiley and nice, although avoid 10-11 am as chaotic with families and kids and a longer wait for breakfast, drinks machines running out of water and milk and staff running around like headless chickens. 8.30am -9.30 was much more civilised. All pools were also lovely and clean, and all the staff super helpful. We loved it and wouldn’t hesitate to return again.

The room was really great. Big and spacious. All that you might need was in the room. Good sound isolation.

Staff is semi-professional. E.g we did not have UK to EU plug adapter and when we asked reception they said they don’t have one; when we asked where to buy we got an answer “I don’t know”…low level of English.Dining experience was bad - food in the restaurants was not to our liking. We ended up dining in Ritz Carlton that was close by…In room dining options are very limited and you can not order breakfast to the room. Breakfast itself was ok.Every time you want to go to the beach you gotta take a shuttle. At the beach you gotta pay extra 20 euros per sun chair. Beach belongs to the Ritz and their guests for not pay anything.Kids club is ONLY for the kids 4 yo plus…no playground at the property.

We’ve been going to this beautiful resort for many years, it never fails to impress. We love the peace and tranquility. There are wonderful restaurants to choose from. The staff are always friendly and welcoming.

Silence, view, room quality and clean.

Dinner was absent due to wedding. In general dinner range was low, although quality was as expected. Breakfast was okay, suggest to start it at 7:00 in order to start exploring tenerife earlier.

Quiet location with free shutlle services to hotel with better restaurants; several pools on site

Many small issues with my suite eg noisy air conditioning & blocked shower function in bath room

    10ShidaPosted on: 2-23-2025

It was very quiet, big rooms, kitchen made it so easy for fussy kids. View of our 3 beds was amazing. It was so calm we could hear birds singing every morning. Fabulous bar staffs. Drinks were good. We enjoyed the pool bar/snacks in particular.

Restaurant were expensive, one super market there quite expensive. We had to put 500 euro deposit which was quite expensive as well.

Beautiful complex on a golf course with views across to La Gomera. Quiet and peaceful away from the crowds. Our one bed apartment was very spacious and just a short walk away from a heated infinity pool. The apartment was fully serviced every day so we had the advantages of hotel level service but had the added freedom self catering can offer. The site is large so the free shuttle service was useful. Breakfast was served in the golf club restaurant and was excellent. Staff polite and helpful.

We loved the site. However, it is on a quieter part of the island and if you want to get out and about, car hire recommended. The restaurants on site are quite pricey. Playa SanJuan has some cheaper options but it is about 10 minutes by car or taxi.

1.Very clean, the cleaning team does an excellent job.2.Very beautiful, especially the golf courses.3.The property has everything you need, so there’s no need to leave the premises.

1.The breakfasts are just terrible. The portions are small and unimpressive in taste, and the portion sizes vary on different days. Sometimes you’re served an omelet made from one egg, and other times from two or three, while being told that’s how the portion is supposed to look.Cheese, meat, and, most importantly, vegetable platters are never enough. By the second half of breakfast, the buffet looks empty.2.Despite the apartments being very clean, they are already quite old, and some furniture shows signs of damage.3.There is a shuttle service on the property that takes guests to different locations, but it seems insufficient, as you sometimes have to wait for 20 minutes.4.The reception desk is not open 24/7.

we had a very warm welcome and goodby. We also got an upgrade to a very nice room.

They forgot the birthday of my wife, although they asked her pasport. For us this was a complete miscast.

    9JuliettePosted on: 12-26-2024

Excellent breakfast in the new location and we loved the new restaurant for lunch and dinner

Hot water and air conditioning not working for a few days but it got sorted quickly.

Excellent location ; excellent breakfast ; excellent food in general .Hotel quiet and very well maintained.

Walking up to the room ;Closure of the restaurants few days a week that reduced practically the offer but all other option being of excellent quality.Just a little bit too expensive drinks and sad that the veggies were not included in the half board in one restaurant.

    Very good breakfast

Attitude of staff, quality of restaurants

    10ChalaniPosted on: 11-18-2024

We had an amazing stay! We got upgraded to a beautiful room. Great facilities - the pools were huge with lots of sun beds, the gym was open 24/7. Unfortunately the spa facilities were closed for refurbishment but otherwise they had everything we could have wanted. Delicious food for breakfast and the Melvin restaurant was outstanding. The shuttle service was super helpful and even drove us to the beach! We would definitely come back and recommend to anyone.

    10GretaPosted on: 10-31-2024

The resort is calm, with beautiful views all around it. The breakfast time here is really enjoyable, with no rush at all. The staff here is really friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay, would definitely come back!
