place, garden, staff. Amazing hotel we will be coming back there soon. It is not crowded and very privet. I highly recommend this one.

The beds had a mattress protector that was not breathable at all and it felt like sleeping on a plastic sheeth. Not really up to the otherwise high standard og the apartment.

super good breakfast. you have two options : a la carte and also open buffet and i think you can combine both of them. i was ordering a la carte but i was indulging with the sweets from the buffet and nobody told me anything

there is nothing i might complain of. everything was super ok, the staff was friendly, i send my best regards to the reception/desk lady irina. she was very helpful and friendly

The room was beautiful. The view was beautiful. The facilities inside the room in the kitchen were very good too.

The breakfast was poor quality so we only had it twice, then didnt bother after that.The comms was bad as we didnt know about one of the pools near us, we also didnt know there was a supermarket on site - we just found it. We didnt know about the xmas bbq until we happened to go to the pool on that day. This could all be much better. QAlso reception directed us to some loval restaurants, one of which was the worst place We had ever seen, the other wasnt much better.there was an enormous crane hovering right over our room, which wasnt ideal and we could hear building works all the time.

Beautiful location. Apartment was well equipped, good facilities, and the new mini supermarket is extremely convenient for longer stays.

A nice, spacious 2 bed apartment which was modern clean and tidy, just lacked a few things in kitchen and there were only 2 or 3 English channels on the tv.

Gym facilities were poor and limited menus in restaurants.

The property will be very nice once finished! The accommodation itself was good with nice sized rooms and generally very comfy with nice kitchen. The gardens and golf course look immaculate. They provide transport to the beach which is well worth a visit (although facilities provided by Ritz next door so you have to pay E20 for each sunbed although no issue to do so and good service once you have). Good supermarket on site.

It is currently a building site but sure this will have finished summer 2025. We booked rather quickly and it wasn't obvious on booking.com although sure shown on own website. Just meant stay was quite noisy. Wifi was also up and down and they clearly had some connectivity issues themselves. Breakfasts were okay without being excellent but we didn't use onsite restaurants with menus not that appealing for youngsters (very easy to get to nearest towns). Gym was average but again likely new better facility once site completed.

Suites were spotless. Staff brilliant. They now have a lovely little supermarket which was lovely. Spa very comfortable, clean, well-equipped.

Food was expensive and not outstanding.

Everything!! Especially the welcome and special care from the staff, the amazing view from the appartement and the comfort of the apartment! everything was perfect! Veronica, Cintia, Bryan, Vincenzo and Marita made our stay an absolute dream

An amazing break for the family. Extremely good facilities, all brand new and working perfectly. The staff were amazing and very helpful. A kind smile was always on everyone you interacted with. I particularly liked the QR accessible system for booking cleaning or requesting services. Additionally, the hotel transport to the beach and adjacent sister hotel was very useful and quick to arrive. The food was great and the location appropriately quiet. Some have complained about the ongoing construction work but the impact was minimal and my son wanted to see the builders machines every day anyway! Overall a great stay and will definitely come again! A special mention to Thomas on transport, the lifeguards and the staff in the pool restaurant!

The property was calm and relaxing. I was nervous about the construction before arriving but it was further away and we were placed in a room further away too. The resort was a little quiet during the week and more ppl came to stay during the weekends. The views from any of the rooms are gorgeous. Our place was clean. The staff was extremely helpful when needed.

Nothing that was in their control. We knew we got a good rate because of the construction and because the golf course and Melvin were closed. It did not stop us from exploring other areas. Safe place to park your car, however our car got dinged a few times from the car parked directly next to us which wasn’t ideal

The room was amazing and we enjoyed the sunset every evening. The staff was super nice and everything was super clean.

Tbh we were disappointed by the food we ordered, especially in comparison with all the restaurants we did during the sojourn. Anyway it's not directly related to the room so I stay with a 10/10.

very cool hotel complex.I would like to mention the restaurants with always delicious and varied food, the tennis and padel courts (specially coach Ivan), the gym and all the hotel staff (very pleasant to talk to and always ready to help in resolving any issue).The area is very quiet and peaceful. the room has everything for a long stay.From the terrace of the room there is a very beautiful view of the ocean and the neighboring island.By taxi you can quickly and conveniently reach neighboring cities within 20-25 minutes.we spent a wonderful 10 days and will definitely come back here.

Our second visit to Los Jardines was as good as the first, and we were again staying in a brand new apartment, this time further down the hill towards Terrazza. We really love this place, and really appreciate the size of the accommodation and how beautifully it’s been done. It feels very luxurious at a great price point. There was a lot of building work happening behind our apartment but it didn’t impact upon us. We really hope to visit again!

You definitely need a car to get around as there’s nothing else in the vicinity other than the Ritz Carlton. Little things could improve the experience itself, like providing more shade on the terrace (it was VERY hot when we stayed) and providing basics like washing up liquid, cooking oil, salt and pepper etc. It will also be great when the new Jardines pool opens on the lower level as it was a bit of a walk up the hill to the main pool.
