Close to the train station, the room had AC.

Realy dirty bathroom (hair, brown stuff on tiles), the staff was unwilling to compromise and give a refund, so the best we could do was to clean the bathroom ourselves with a towel and a cleaner (there were no cleaning staff available) or choose two other rooms that were as dirty as the one we got. Dirty towels. The table had crumbs on it as well and the cotton pads in the bathroom had been used by other people and opened. The manager told us to deal with Booking for a refund and basically left us hanging. Was not a good value for money, we paid a lot and the bathroom was disgusting.

Very convenient for what we wanted to do ( very close to the train station) Comfortable, clean, good value for money, decent breakfast.

Not a bad location, close to the train station (but not very close either). There are large shopping centers within a ten-minute walk. There are many bus stops of various routes within walking distance.

The room is practically windowless; the only mini window faces the outdoor air conditioner unit. Quite noisy from passing traffic.

The room we got was spacious, clean and well lit. Breakfast was good.

I choose a location because of reviews on booking, clean rooms and parking.Perhaps would like to feel more comfortable in a hotel if they would also the workers would be in touch with us; it is similiar with all workers around other places. Would like to give them a tip, but would also like to hear good morning, is the breakfast ok, were you satisfied with room, you need anything and also good bye, come back. This is my recomendation to all in tourism. Othervise it is true what is writen: rooms are clean and the breakfast was good.

The location is in a tight and sometimes busy cross section, main parking is tight and didn’t learn about the other hotel lot until I was checking out and asking about it. Room was cleaned only once, and after first night only the bathroom was cleaned, bed should of been made as well if coming into the room to clean etc.

The room was large,the bathroom modern and clean,close to the place I needed for taking my bus to my trip....Good hotel just for short staying...

The glasses were dirty,as well the fridge...I ciuldnt pay with holiday tickets, even if they said it will be possible....I found out only at the hotel that if you want to be accepted with this tipe of paiment ,you need to talk with them on the phone,and specify them this,and reserve...on the phone..if you reserve on booking with mastercard,at the hotel you must pay only with that Mastercard....For me was an unpleasant surprise,because I had not have such a problem with similar reservation,in the same city...with other hotels....I booked on Booking with my Master card but I payed with holiday tickets at the hotel....so,be aware!

I wish the hotel would have informed me about ongoing renovation works during daytime in the hotel. I had no major issue with the works, but prior information would have been polite.

Bad

In my opinion, a 3-star hotel does not mean that it has to be a hotel without heat through radiators, dirt or rust everywhere, broken objects, and bored staff. Our stay was not as expected (low expectations) and we will not recommend it to anyone with a good sense of normality.

Cleaning and smell in the bathroom.

The room was clean, spacious and the stuff was very nice.

The bathroom has a bad smell and the room had a small balcony but you couldn’t get out and it was very dirty because of the pigeons.We booked a twin room but we got a normal room.

The breakfast was really varioud. I felt very content with my room and it was comfortable in the whole hotel. The stuff was friendly too. It is good reachable from the train station and also the beach and harbour is not too far away.

One night it was a little bit loud because it was possible to hear the neighbours. But it was just for one night and the traffic was not so loud even when it is near a street (in my opinion).
