Clean, spacy, good location

Noise from the main street

The Hotel may not be situated in a great location on a busy road, but we had parking directly outside (important to me), and a short walk and bus ride took us to the heart of Constanta.Our room was great and spotless as was the hotel, clean sheets and towels, the bed comfortable and air con. The Hotel itself, very clean and the reception ladies were fantastic, very friendly and welcoming.Value for money, this stay was unbeatable.

There is a car wash next to the hotel (if you have your windows opened, it is not very pleasant).

Quietanza place and good staff.Ela, the receptionist, was the best and kind person I met in Romania... and her Cappuccino is very good. And if Italian said that is true

Disappointing

-There was a smell in the room-When the neighbour would smoke, our room would smell of smoke also-The window opened in front of a car wash that was always working.. a lot of noise-the carpet didn't seem very clean-you could hear the neighbours as if they were in your room

-no breakfast available (we eat at Sabroso, they are opening at 9:00 AM)

The staff is very friendly, always smiling. I have just good world about the employees.

The refrigerator it was rusty, one wall is looking bad, the doors are not in a good condition. The shower wasn’t cleaned properly, I found hair on the shower. it’s a bit noisy because they have a car wash next to the hotel.

Very uncomfortable bed and pillows. Even the linens were made of a very strange material that felt like sleeping in plastic. The hotel was extremely noisy. We could not sleep AT ALL, we jumped out of bed several times because the noises in the hotel were very loud and strange I could say( people slamming the doors and all the walls were shaking, the cleaning lady vacuuming the hallway at very early hours, people screaming on the hallway, train and traffic noise from the outside). Moreover the AC is positioned very wrong, directed towards the bed, which is not good for health if you want to keep it open all night. We could not sleep because of the heat as well, and opening the windows was another problem due to outside noise.

All good. Good location 5min from train station, not too far to the beach. Lots of car washers around.

Stayed for one night. All was good.

The staff of the hotel left me a very good impression. The front office/receptionists and housekeeping staff were really kind and ready to help you. The twin room was really clean and modern having all the facilities which were in the description from the site. Also, the hotel is close to the center of city and the train station. I would return to stay here for sure.

The bathroom was enough large. The room quite clean, towels change was ok

Cigarettes smell in the furniture, room walls etc.. Too noisy room, hotel too close to one of the Main Street… no lift to the second floor as we had big luggage and nobody helped us…we asked about iron and we have it just for few hours…

the room was pleasant and the bed was comfortable.I liked the terrace in the room and it was pretty clean

The blanket was completely missing, event though it was in June, at least a summer blanked would be nice, we used the bed sheets as cover in the morning.The staff was friendly but couldn’t or didn’t want to offer us the AC remote, and even though we had a terrace, the room was pretty hot at the last floor.Upon entering the bathroom we were surprised to see that there was a towel thrown near the shower, we moved it but it wasn’t a great first experience.

Cheap. Decent size rooms . They have a small sauna .

The housekeeping, the interior of the room and the overall service of the hotel staff.

The staff were the best part, from the ladies looking after the cleaning and laundry (efficient laundry service) through to the ladies working on reception, they were excellent and a credit to the hotel. Rooms were decent enough for the price, I would definitely stay again.

Very bad smell from the canal in the room, coming from the bathroom. The imagine that they expose about the hotel are far from real.
