The fact that the hotel even exists.

- Dirty room (photos included)- Almost no one from the personel speaks English - Drilling sound from the room next to ours - Low quality of food and everyday the same food- Alcohol drinks only on lunch and dinner (on all inclusive) on the pool bar just beer and wine.- In reference to the hotel policy (photo included) coffee is extra payed (I guess we were lucky because we didn’t have to pay for the coffee)- Regularly lack of clean plates during the meals- There was no Coca Cola zero for two days - Every evening there was a live concert - the same every day, a woman with low quality vocal sings every evening the same disco shit, so loud that it’s impossible to speak at the table during the supper. - Problems with free tables during the meals

We enjoyed the room size and the pool and the view of the sea. The food was good and the staff were friendly.

The route to the beach area was shabby and filled with parked cars. We noticed hotels further up the strip did not have cars and had kept the area free from rubbish. The hotel could clean that area and the area round the pool more regularly to achieve a higher standard. I noticed rubbish under the pool bar that was not cleaned away during our stay. The options for all inclusive drinks was limited and out with the meal times the options for food were poor. The view from our room was poor too and if you looked around the outside of the pool there were broken chairs and other old furniture in storage in the lower part of the building.

The air conditioning never worked.Last year was the same (no air conditioning).Any time you ask they're telling you it will be fixed but they never do.

You will not have access to pool or beach if you don’t have enough towels with you for “reserving” the beach chairs. Staff didn’t care about this practice and the guests rudeness is high.Poor breakfast with bad coffee and no kitchen for those with not all inclusive bookings.Never step foot in this place again.

Hotel name is "Hotel Turquoise All Inclusive" which can be misleading since the "All Inclusive" package is not always available for booking. In my case, breakfast package was the only option.Recommendation for the Hotel: To avoid misunderstandings and complaints, remove the "All Inclusive" statement from the hotel name. It looks like a scam if you position as an "All Inclusive" hotel but the only package available is breakfast.The beach is small and unusable. There's not enough sunbeds when the hotel is full and there is no option to reserve. Also, hotel doesn't provide towels for the pool or beach sunbeds. Be careful when trying to swim, ideally wear some shoes to protect you from rocks.A/C works only when you are in the room and not effective.

-The AC in the room wasn't working properly, we struggled the whole weekend to breath in that room. The receptionist moved us in another room but it was the same story. The next day, another 2 people were complaining about the heat in the room.-in front of the hotel there is a restaurant that play music very very loud till midnight and the room has no isolation. So if you want to get rest, is not possible -the breakfast had variety, but poor quality food.-the receptionists have nothing to do with their job. They don't pay attention to anything -on the beach in the night they empty the septic tank INSIDE the SEA. The smell is horrible.- they ask too much money for nothing

The food was excellent, the view was breath-taking, we enjoy the time very much.
