Very clean, decent parking for the space available. Staff were great

It’s a bit difficult to walk to places from the hotel, but this is out of their control

Staff was very nice and helpful , location was good.

Pillow was not comfortable for me, bathroom too small and no balcony.

Close to whatever I needed. Friendly staff. Good bed. Hardwood floors with no carpets. We got hotel slippers. Room was surprisingly cool on a hot summer day, didn't even use the AC during our stay.

Less clean floors. No coffee in the room, just tea bags. The bathroom light barely reached the inside of the shower.

the breakfast - very poor. I liked the cleanliness in the room.

I didn't have soap in the bathroom.

In our case the location, since we wanted to be close to the old stadium. Very clean, the terrace upstairs is a good fit for gathering from several rooms.

Soundproofing is not the best. The showertub was leaking

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful ? The room was nice and clean, the ac helped us survive the night

wi-fi network work is horrible. 3g works better.

Location = GreatStaff = Cheerful and friendlyHousekeeping = Fantastic! We especially appreciated that they came to clean the room, even after 5pm, waiting for us to leave, in order not to bother us / wake us up.Room facilities = Perfect for a 3-Star hotel. Everything you need and more, including a mini-fridge, a great air conditioning and a big, spacious bathroom.

Would not stay at the ground floor again. Because the noises from the hallway, from the guests checking out in the early morning, will wake you up. Unless you are a very deep sleeper...Also, insects from the street can find their way easier to the rooms on the ground floor.

It is advertised as it has parking. 4 parking spots for 18 rooms can not be advertised as parking on locantion.

Breakfast was good (omelette) though tomato seemed a bit out of place, comfy bed, bathroom was a decent size, receptionist was nice

Was in a bit of a residential area. Had to walk a few minutes to get to restaurants and cafes.

Very comfortable beds, hard healthy mattress (recently changed), helpful staff .Good location, close to the beach and city center (we come back every year for a few years now :) )

No soap in shower. No water/ other beverage in fridge (it's summer time, you would expect a cold drink when you arrive, especially late at night as we arrived).

Very good location, easy to access both beach and city center, free parking. Breakfast was nice.

Bed was rather soft, but alright for a short stay.

The room had a comfortable bed and the bathroom is quite large.

It was very noisy. I had previously stayed at Ana and the main reason I decided to come back was the quiet. Unfortunately this time it was not like that-it's not very nice to be woken up at 7 o'clock in the morning by people leaving, smoking outside or having an argument before leaving. The hotel does not seem to have a policy about noise levels which is unfortunate.

Not much really. I cannot believe that people rated this hotel as amazing. At best a 1*.

Just about everything. When I got there I had to ask staff to put masks on. My room was very small. The balcony was very tiny with nowhere sit, besides what looked like children’s tables. It faced buildings about 4m away. The supposedly, fabulous terrace at the top, had nothing but a few tables and a terrible view. No restaurants or shops within walking distance. The shower had some sort of wooden, non slip thing on the floor which I slipped on and have, at least, bruised a rib or two.The breakfast was awful. Who serves a tomato and ham omelette with a whole tomato and and ham on the side with an egg pancake? This property should have a price of £10 a night.

We (me and a family member) chose two seperate beds. Unfortunately they provided only one full size :(Plus, the parking space was very limited, we had to find a place on the street
