It was new and modern and clean. Bathroom was nice

Bed was hard, noise all night long. Fireworks and loud music and yelling. No a.c. in the bedroom. I didn't sleep a wink. The front desk gave no explanation of how the keys work and we couldn't get to our floor with the key We couldn't get in the beachside access after dark so we had to walk around in the dark and call an emergency number to get into in the building. It would have been nice of the receptionist to let us know all this when we checked in. I won't stay here again.

We were greeted with kindness, smiles, and professionalism from the very first moment. The booking process was quick, staff very kindly and open to offer best experiences. The location is very nice, close to beach and promenade. We had a two-room apartment that was small but comfortable, clean, and cozy."

Simply excellent. Great location in front of the sea, spacious and comfortable rooms styled with taste and overall a great stay in Mamaia, highly recommend.I just wanted to spend some special words for Cristina, who delightfully welcomed me with the biggest smile and hospitality that made me feel so welcome and taken care of. No words are enough to describe her professionalism and dedication to ensure I had a great stay at the Aparthotel. My biggest compliments. ❤️

The room had a beautiful sea view, and the large balcony is really nice. The apartment was cozy and spacious. However, the shower was a downside – water pressure was low and long time for the water to warm up.

The biggest issue was the shower – the water pressure was very low, and it took quite a long time for the water to heat up.Additionally, despite being advertised as an "Aparthotel & SPA", you can only book a massage session on weekdays, not on weekends, which is quite restrictive.Another downside was that the reception was only open until 20:00. According to Romanian standards for 5-star hotels, a 24/7 reception service is mandatory, but that wasn’t the case here, making it fall short of true 5-star standards.

Overall, room was nice, big and clean.

Water pressure was bad.We were charged for a bottle of water that was not included in the minibar menu (no name, no price), so we assumed it was complimentary.Very bad check in experience. I've asked beforehand if it's possible to do an early check-in since we were going to be very tired after our flight, and the hotel answered that it would be possible if clean room was available. However, when we arrived, the lady at the front desk kept repeating that nothing was available and forced us to wait the whole day, until 4 pm. I've approached the front desk several times over a period of several hours, asking her to check again, but she did not do anything and just kept repeating "nothing is available". The worst thing is that I know for sure that there already were clean rooms because they start to clean it very early, as I witnessed when we stayed there. They also occupy only a single floor in the building (the rest are residential apartments), so it's not like there's overwhelming number of rooms to prepare.

1. Hotel is a bit more than one year, already has problems with bathroom: sink was falling of from the wall, shower was slightly damaged2. Cleaning of the room. Looks like passes few times with vacuum cleaner and that’s all.3. In description was written they have restaurant, in reality there is nothing.

I greatly appreciated the convenience, location to everything that is a positive representation of Romania. The food, cultures and the friendly resident provided a welcoming vibe.

Unfortunately some things connot be controlled, like the weather. The lack of postable water was a bit frustrating for 24 hours and no compensations were offered, I also expected some kind of a breakfast meal to be offered at cost or inclusive.

I had an exceptional stay at Alezzi Infinity. The rooms were beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and offered stunning views. The staff went above and beyond, providing warm, attentive service throughout my stay especialy Cristina from reception 10/10. Every detail, from the luxurious bedding to the delicious mini bar options, was perfect. The hotel’s location is ideal, close to the beach but yet peaceful. Whether for business or leisure, I highly recommend Alezzi Infinity for an unforgettable experience. I can't wait to return!

The location is great, you are just a few steps away from the beach.Our room was spacious and most importantly well climatized in the middle of the heat season.

There are two pools, and they are both really nice, one is on the 9th floor with a superb view over the Black Sea.

The Resort is very nice, however, the only thing that is a bit bad regarding Mamaia is the conection to other cities and the infrastructure overall. But this is not up to the owner. The bed was really nice (but a bit small for me 1.86m tall and my gf 1,73m tall)

Unfortunately, there was a terrible smell coming from the toilets that made the entire apartment smell almost unbearable. I notified reception, who promptly replied and organised for maintenance personnel to check it out. I was informed that the problem was a blocked pipe and that the issue had been resolved. Upon return to the apartment, there was a smell of some sort of citrus drain cleaner that just seemed to be poured down the bathroom drain to mask the smell. It did improve but was only a matter of time before the sewage smell returned. The hotel and staff were nice, but my advice would be to avoid the 8th floor as this seems to be the area affected by the smell that ultimately ruined our stay.

Very nice location right on the front of the beach. Amazing view (if you get sea view). Room was amazing as we had a 2 bed suite with huge opening doors. Checkin very helpful and Cristina very helpful.

Shower had very low pressure and the hot water kept going off. I think this is because you have to turn it RED hot to get hot water and then as soon as you make it normal it goes freezing cold. Bathroom had a smell of sewage as well.

The pools and the space on the roof where you can stay on pillows (there can be added more pillows).

The poor lights in the reception area and outside of it during the evening-night.The lack of services like luggage car valet for a 5-star location.The room furniture is not for a 5-star location.The tables and chairs of the restaurant are rather poor.There is a lot of dust, no grass around and the street that goes in front of the reception is not so great.The balcony has no privacy (between neighbour rooms, at least those situated on the sides).

The apartments are under the infinity swimming pool, so that you can’t have any rest at least during the opening hours 8-20, plus cleaning hours. Thin walls between apartments and hallway, zero sound tightness with above floor - swimming pool. Missing reception during weekend, night-time.Difficult access, very crowded streets

Very friendly helpful staff at the reception, specially Cristina at the check out. We asked for a late check out, it was Saturday...hotel was fully booked, however she really tried to help. Not successful, but we appreciated the efforts done by her.Front sea view is amazing, very easy access to private beach clubs.Pools are good, not heated though. We have booked 1 apartment and 1 suite, spacy, quality bed, modern TV, AC good, nice view from balcony. Private parking, also underground. Pool for kids.

Hotel does not have a restaurant of its own. No room service.No vanity kit in bathroom, also very low water pressure in the showerReception is closed from 8 PM, no one to support the tourists.Gym is a bit too minimalistic.Very hot on the corridors, no AC.

Helpful Staff, rooms are nice and clean, it is new hotel and the location is very nice and close to so many nice beaches, restaurants and supermarket

the Gym opens at 0900 in the morning which I think is very late, I like to workout early morning and then have my breakfast and start the day but this wasn't possible and it was inconvenience for me

- Spacious room- Beach proximity; very good umbrellas on the beach; the Infinity beach is well maintained- Swimming pools availability- Maia restaurant which is not Alezzi's but was very accessible and the food was very good

Services overall:- lack of help around swimming pools- reception was closed during evenings and nights- Allezi did not accessorize the kitchen accordingly- the water pressure was very low, you could barely take a shower, it's imposible to properly rinse the shampoo- the electric plug in the bathroom was pulled from the wall (this is 5 * accommodation)- they deactivated the keys with minutes before the check out time expired; they extended the time by 30 minutes but turned off the electricity in the room and bathroom during the time we collected our belongings- the hotel is located in a very-very crowded area-- evening walks were pretty challenging- there is no air conditioning on the hallways, and they are completely dark in the evenings (the lights turn on and off automatically when you walk down the hall, an unpleasant feeling, because you only see a small area)

We arrived early and were offered an early check in which was great. The staff was very helpful and all information was given upon check-in.
