Pros +
- It was a nice hotel.
- Honestly, I love Romania. We had just come from the Bulgarian seaside, and the difference was like night and day. There’s a big parking lot with a barrier gate right by the hotel — very convenient. Inside, a very friendly young man greeted us at the front desk; he even spoke some Russian, and we had a nice little chat about the city. When we entered the room, I was honestly amazed. It was huge — two rooms with spotless white sheets. There was free tea and cookies, which I really appreciated. The bed was incredibly comfortable — like sleeping on a royal bed. And the bathroom — oh wow! There was a massive jacuzzi, and no water heaters — real hot water from the central system! We took a bath and completely relaxed. At night it was quiet and peaceful, and I slept like a baby.In the morning came another surprise — the breakfast. It was absolutely royal. There was even aspic! You might ask, who eats aspic for breakfast? But it was so delicious — I haven’t had any since leaving Russia three years ago. It was wonderful. The rest of the food was top-notch too — everything was amazing.Another bonus — there’s a local zoo and a dolphinarium just nearby. We visited both and really enjoyed them.
- Nice staff, good breakfast, clean room & bathroom.
Cons -
- The side table lamp didn’t have a bulb and the shower drain clogged. Water was taking a long time to drain. The water jet in the swimming pool didn’t have enough pressure. Breakfast was quite basic.
- Absolutely nothing bad to say about this place.
- Very strong air freshener in the hall upon entrance, aircond.set way too low. Very cold as you stepped in from the heat, restaurant stuff needs improvement on various level.like no client service almost at all.

Nice staff, good breakfast, clean room & bathroom.
Clean, location pretty ok, close to the beach.,air cond.

The breakfast was good and the people working there were very accommodating.
The room we got was quite old (you could tell by the way the furniture looked, as well as the bathroom).Definitely not what you would expect from a 4 start hotel with a 4 star price :)However, the worst part was that the door was not long enough in order to join the floor. Therefore, light and noise could enter the room, which was obviously very uncomfortable.
The breakfast was amazing, one of the best I had while traveling in Europe, at 3-4 star hotels — great variety, taste, quality.
The location is close to the main street, which can cause noise in the front rooms. The aesthetics of the outside of the hotel are not at all appealing, but the rooms are ok, except the bathrooms, which could look a lot better.
I liked the serving, the cleaning was nice, the location of the hotel, facility's.
I didn't like one of the staff from the breakfast.
Better to stay anywhere else for the same price.
Very rude and unfriendly staffs. Although it was non-smoking room, there was heavy smoke in the room.
Nice room, good breakfast, great staff, very close to many touristic attractions
location
The rooms are nothing like the photos, old furniture and really small
Near to the beach and city center. The staff very nice.
The hairdryer didn’t work. The cleanliness was superficial, there were no insect screens on the windows, and the bathroom had mismatched tiles (2 different models). Also, the breakfast lacked variety.
Despite a light issue in our booking, the receptionist was so kind to arrange thingsThe parking area is easy to access. The room is pleasant and comfortable. The breakfast is recommended
Staff reception were lovely
It is not like the picture at all! There is no any isolation between the rooms you can here all whats happen at corridor!Breakfast is not like the picture, poornat allPaid a lot for tuis hotel no any water from the house . I paid 5 euro for waterRooms are smeeling canalization
The property is very good. Clean and comfortable.
There was a problem with the switching on the tv and the hairdryer, but the boy from the reception came right now and when he changed the cards, the problem fixed.
Perfect location, parking available, nicely renovated interior (keeping what was good from the past and adapting new features to the existing ones), very good quality mattress (ideal for people with spine problems), decent breakfast
Would have preferred a small pillow instead of the big one :)Breakfast can improve a bit
The swimming pool, the breakfast
Not roomy enough (the type of room that i booked)
Breakfast was ok;Room and bathroom were clean; The room was recently renovated.
I didn’t like the pillows that much;A bit expensive
Very clean room, good size of the room, big double bed. Air conditioning working very good. Although the room was facing Main Street and was on top of the pool, it was very quiet. Best breakfast I had since a while in a hotel and I mean comparing with all 4 stars I’ve seen in the last few years. Very good dinner as well. Friendly and helpful personell, very professional and knowledgeable.
Just a small detail: shower cabin was tiny and water was stowing. Not that closed to the beach.
The staff, the location, the food, the chef, Robert the waiter of the restaurant and the room.
The first room there was no view, after the upgrade to a new room it’s had a better view. That the bars is still not open
Very good hotel, close to the beach and to the lake. The swimming pool is amazing, the breakfast is good, the staff is very king.A lot of towels provided every day, drinking water (cold and hot) on each floor.Very good air conditioning and clean rooms.
The facilities in the room are old (furniture, carpet, bathroom), the TV is small.Only one coffee machine in the restaurant, very busy during the breakfast.
