    Pros +

    • The staff was very nice and accommodating.
    • Friendly staff, clean room and hotel, decent breakfast, safe neighborhood. Not in a touristic area, but perfect for my trip visiting family. Would stay again.
    • Hotel is located near the main Port of Constanta, so conveninet for work in the port. Was alloted a large what they call matrimonial room, a self contained studio with two rooms, a living room with a kitchennet and a bed room, all well funished and with large televisions displays in both rooms all for Euro 48.00 per day.

    Cons -

    • The lock on our door was broken and the only way to get it to lock was to slam it very loudly.
    • The general surrounding atmosphere in Constanta and Romania, with hardily any visible modern development, the buildings and the way of life almost relics of the communist era in Eastern Europe. A pity, a EU country, exploited and left behind.
    • The air conditioner didn't work in my room. & Possibly I saw a bug in the room (but NOT a bed bug.

    The beach is too far

    Good location, silent place.

    Dusty, and not cleaned enough

    Friendly staff

I was not able actually to stay the night over there. Because the air condition was not working and my bad luck the temperature was 33 outside through out the night. What is bothering me that the staff knows about the issue.

Nothing it’s the worst hotel I stayed through booking

It was dirty , my room the toilet everything was dirty, and it was just after I entered my room I realized the toilet wasn’t flushed even. Because I didn’t trust cleaning I didn’t let them clean my room again! On the second night after the shower when I got the towel I saw a black bug alive walking in the towel, there were dust and trush under the bed I don’t know from when it was left. There is no restaurants no cafes no bars no markets close by! I hated it!

The bed were confortable and was quite clean

The hotel is situated quite far from the city centre, but the main issue is that the building was not designed for a hotel at first, mostly looks like a former 1 room apartments building. The breakfast was okish, but was kinda poor in options, also the restaurant had the most oldest and dirtyest coffee filter machine i ever saw. A coffee filter machine, not an espresso automated machine.I had difficulties obtaining a bottle opener-cork opener in a "3 star hotel" the security guard was borrowing one from the office which was needed in the reception back asap.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great!

The room was equipped with kitchenette but there were no pots and pans which was very weird.

This is a former block of flats comfort III transformed into a hotel. It is really bad and their photos on the Booking and own site are misleading, The rooms are dirty, the furniture is old, cracked, nothing works. You really have the feeling of living for a night in a ghetto room. More than that, all the hotel was smelling as cheep canteen, large quantities of food being served to Ukrainian refugees hosted there.Use it only if you have no other choices, it is really bad! Personnel was kind, but this cannot erase the memory of a bad experience. And the price is simply HUGE for such conditions. An honest hostel is better than this "three-star" hotel. Half a star, maybe!

Everithing was unpleasant, from aspect to smell, to location.

    Cheap, quite a big room

It was very far from the center

    Staff - 10Breakfast - 9

No dedicated parking place for all guests. It smelled like smoke in the room, they couldn't give me another room.

    9IvanPosted on: 2-12-2023

I like that inside apartment was small kitchen and also free parking for car. It was clean and all ok.

    7IllyaPosted on: 12-17-2022

The room was quiet and warm, there was no need to use an aircon. That's in December.

The WiFi connection on a fourth floor, last room of the corridor barely let me send o few text messages. The reception lady informed me about that issue during a check in, but still..

    10FlaviaPosted on: 11-15-2022

Friendly staff, hotel easy to find

The pillows were very hard, my neck hurt next morning.

    1Roxana-catalinaPosted on: 9-12-2022

    Bad

strong smell of cigars in the entire hotel, not a nice view from window, location in a strange neighborhood, very far from the city center, no public transportation,

    8YnnaPosted on: 8-16-2022

The staff was king and answered every question. If you use your personal car, the hotel is well placed near important visit points.

The breakfast was included in the final price, but in the first morning most of the food (omelette, cheese, ham) had a weird taste. The food was stored on uncovered plastic trays. There was no place to hang your clothes from the beach in order to dry them.

    6BernardPosted on: 7-26-2022

Lady serving the breakfast was very polite. Breakfast itself was rudimentary but sufficient. Room was basic but as expected for one night stay. There was a whole kitchen in te room:)

I have reserved parking place for my car and at the end left the car on the sidewalk nearby because no space was reserved.

    7MaríaPosted on: 7-4-2022

The breakfast was good. It was clean and quiet

The bathroom sink smelled really bad all the time. There is not enough parking for the capacity of the hotel (around 30%) somo of the parking spots can not be use by the guests
