Great location, close to restaurants and friendly staff.

I didn’t have the problem but in busy days finding a parking spot could be a problem

Breakfast was good. It met our expectations. Coffee and cookies were available, as well as fruit juice. The breakfast location was very pleasant.

Lovely, ambient room with a balcony! The hotel has an elavator and is close to Poiesti Vest station which goes to Brasov, Bucharest Nord or Constanta. The breakfast spread was beautiful...the kitchen staff must be praised!

The hotel was very clean and quiet. Beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was superb.We enjoyed our weekend.

The staff were excellent, nothing too much trouble and very polite. would definitely return for this reason alone, if anything. room welcome was lovely too, the towel swan was an amazing touch the food was really nice and sooo many options - I'm sad I missed it one morning, everything was tasty and fresh

the room was a bit outdated, furniture needs a bit more love, however it was comfortable there was a constant noise at times, that was coming from outside the room (part of the hotel), sometimes you could hear it more, sometimes less.

Very friendly, modern, clean, lovely breakfast, welcoming, facilities very good, good position in town happy staff loved the towel swans nice touch happily recommend and would happily come back and the balcony was spacious great to have and sit outside when wished.

* check-in to check-out is 24 hours (from noon to noon next day).* upon entry into the room, I found the towels organized under the form of a swan.* breakfast was diverse, Swedish buffet style (self-serving).* elevator has a button called Restaurant, removing ambiguity about where to go.* location is relatively central close to the city center.* slippers, shampoo, shower-gel, napkins and tea/coffee were offered free of charge.* payable minibar is available in the room under the form of a mini-fridge.

* despite paying through Booking in advance, I was asked to pay again at the reception. I can only imagine what would have happened if I didn't know Romanian.* there was dust in the corners of the floor and on the nightstand. This triggered a mild dust allergy on my side.* the mini-fridge is not properly fixed within the containment of the mini-bar enclosure. Based on how "lucky" one is, it might get stuck or be prevented from opening.* clothing washing service was not available.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, I'm looking forward to seeing them again. Clean and all facilities work as expected.

The hotel is highly recommendable. The rooms are comfortable, cosy and clean. Breakfast was delicious.Staff was very friendly.

The check in was super easy, the staff were all very friendly. I needed some additional help with my bag as something had leaked in it and the housekeeping staff went above and beyond to help me clean it up before my flight home. The breakfast was great, a good choice of hot and cold options. The rooms were really clean, modern and we had a balcony which was lovely. The hotel is a short walk to the train station (15 minutes) and there are direct trains to Bucharest, I would recommend going up to the city if you have time!

I tried to figure out how to lock the door to my room from the inside, as a lone female in that room I think a lock on the door is essential. I think some instructions on how to use the keypad next to the door would be helpful. The bed is also a little hard for my liking but it's my personal preference to have a softer mattress.

Breakfast options were a bit limited but sufficed our needs.

The restaurant was quite small, but cozy.

I booked a double room, for two nights. They have this policy of paying everything in advance, but they don’t write it anywhere (not in the hotel, not here on Booking). I arrived late (around 11.40 pm) and the very kind receiptionist working that night probably forgot to tell me. The next day, when I entered the hotel around 4 pm, her colleague, Malina, announced me she has to do the facture and I need to pay all. Told her I have to retrieve money from my card, since it’s a professional card and I can’t pay directly if it’s not related to my profession, and went up in my room. She then procedeed, without my consent, to try and retrieve the money from the card (other) I used to do the booking with in this app (Booking). Discovering there were no sufficient funds, she calls me in my room and basically tells me to come downstairs and pay the room immediately, or else… It was such a horrible and offensive situation… I have never experienced anything like this! Went downstairs and payed in Euros (there were no atm-s nearby) and confronted her about the rude attitude and shameful way of treating their guests!! She could only tell me it was the owner’s policy, after seeing I was not going to run away without paying. Nevertheless, her way of dealing with the situation was so rude, this all situation ruined my stay there. Next day, when I left, another receptionist told me they’re sorry about the situation and they will take drastic actions against the first receptionist (the only one decent and kind) for forgeting to tell me about their policy!!! I tried to explain again that the problem is their rude atitude and the fact they have no ideea how to deal with difficult situations they cause themselves and how to treat customers, but I don’t think she understood. These people should not be running hotels. Plenty of other great hotels in Ploiesti, and with better prices. I am very sorry to have chosen them!
