- The room was very basic. The bathroom was dirty, mold and a lot of calc on the mirror. It was the most expensive during my stay in Japan but worst quality.90euro per night is really bad deal
- I accidently booked a smoking room, texted the hotel to change it, but no reply. At check-in they refused to change rooms.The smoking room wreaked. Also a major fire hazard allowing people to smoke in bed. Staff not pleasant at all. Won't stay there again.
- The pillows are like ducks rocks..also it wasn't that clean...the room lighting is not good...no goodies like water bottles
