The hotel is right next to the train station which is great

The walls were a bit thin so unfortunately we bothered our next door neighbors with our two boys

It was a decent size and quite clean. Very close to the station, I could see it from the platform. Close to a 24 -hour store.

Staff and location

Small room and don't have enough facilities

I liked the close proximity to the train station as well as the family mart. The room was comfortable.

There wasn't much room to put luggage, but everything else was great.

I stayed right near the station Chibaminato. When you are traveling with youn children I found it best for my situation. I liked the local vibe.

The rooms are a bit small but I guess that can’t be helped!

Steps away from train station. Clean & comfy room

It’s really really close to the Chibaminato train station so that’s a huge plus. There’s a Family Mart right next to the hotel, another plus in my book. My room is clean and comfortable. Having a microwave and a fridge in the room is very convenient. No iron tho, but I didn’t need it. Check in and check out was a breeze. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone traveling solo.

The staff is very friendly. It is a few steps from the station, in a very quiet neighborhood.

There is not much to do in the surroundings

They were able to accomodate us last minute and they were close by to a train station. We didn't have any issues with the place, especially since it fit our situation where we were gone early morning to late at night, meaning that it helped with sleeping and geting ready.

The only thing I would ask is for extra amenities. There was only enough for one person but it was nothing that couldn't be fixed by walking to the store right downstairs.

I understand that the hotel is super budgetary one but the cleanliness needs to be higher. I was offered a supplementary pillow that is not clean at all. And they keep it for the next day after cleaning!! No idea why

The staffs here are very friendly and kind. The location is super convenient since it’s just about 30seconds walk from the chiba minato station.

The air conditioner seemed to be super old and need some cleaning. The laundry room hasn’t got an exchange machine, even though the staff was very supportive to help me with the exchange which provide me quite a pleasant experience, it would still be better with one exchange machine, right?

Very large rooms, very comfortable beds, VOD TV on demand with some most recent movies, great location right outside the train station, about 15 minutes walk to Chiba tower

The rooms themselves aren't very clean, the windows in our room were very dirty and there was visible water damage on the walls and around the Aircon

The guy at the check in counter was nice.

I got a smoking room when I asked for a non-smoking. Needed a LAN cable. The room did not have one. Nor did the hotel have one.

Not recommended.

There was mould on the walls.
