Lovely location, with a view to see the Skytree from both the Room and the bathroom, prefect for a short stay for anyone from around the world, especially Otaku culture lovely due to it location, off load the goodie bought nearby and just keep Shopping!
Very comfy beds. Nice sized bath and shower. It was very clean. We had a late check-in, but the staff were very helpful.
Close to JR Chiba station in a quiet area.
A lot required in terms of cleaning. Full of dust under the bed, an empty lunch pack was left from the previous person who had stayed. Cigarette smell when a/c was on even if I booked a non smoking room, while the bathroom smelt mold.
Good location, clean room, comfortable bed are excellent.
Had to check in by 11 pm, a bit early for some people.
