Breakfast was good for all nationalities. Balanced nutrition. Clean eating environment. The staff were courteous and respectful.

It would have been better if the staff were able to speak in English but the phone translator was also good and helped.

Close to the main station. Clean. Big retro room. City view from window. Buffet breakfast.

Breakfast changes every day. e.g. one day they have sausages, the next day the don't. No tea at the buffet. Only coffee.

The location was very central to Chiba station, which is well connected to the station I wish to get to, as well as to the airport. The vicinity also has quite a lot of food options and grocery stores.

The Western options for food was quite limited but that is really a minor issue. Apart from them, very happy with the coffee served.

Location was great for our needs, never tried breakfast but it looked good, staff were always friendly and accommodating

Easy to get to once you understand if you follow the street straight from the bus loop, 5 minute walk, then left 100 meters The breakfast is the reason to stay there!!!

Great location- just a 3 minute walk down the street from Chiba and Keisei-Chiba stations and about 5 minutes from Chiba-Chuo station. Many, many restaurants, bars, convenience stores, etc. all around the area. The hotel provides free breakfast to all guests, that was the biggest surprise for me because I wasn’t even expecting it! Such a great thing to have coffee and breakfast provided right away in the morning, even if it’s just simple. The staff were very kind and helpful with everything. The room wasn’t anything fancy, but it wasn’t dirty or too small and it did the job for the night.

I really appreciated the cold/hot drinking water available in the downstairs lobby. Of the toiletry amenities, I really liked the olive oil skin care set, with little packets of facial cleansing oil, cleansing foam, toner, and cream. They are gentle on the skin.The breakfast was adequate. (Note to foreigners: the to-go boxes on the breakfast buffet are for if you are going back up to your room to eat, not for taking on-the-go to eat outside the hotel, if you’re rushed for time. ?)

I got a smoking room and wasn't able to get the breakfast to take away even though I had to leave very early

I stay at 8th floor.I didn't like the smell of the corridor which is similar to bus smell.

be nice if they had a “do no disturb” sign to put on the door if you decide not to have cleaning done the next morning (like other hotels have). i don’t like that you have to reserve your time in advance and leave your room. I was exhausted and needed to sleep. i guess we are supposed to call before 10:00 to change but I didn’t understand that was the routine and not speaking Japanese is stressful to try explain to the staff.

The bed is big and comfy. Gowns are available at the entrance.The room may be too small if I travel with suitcases but no problem with backpacks.The shower was hot and worked well.

It takes a bit long walk from Chiba station.I could hear the sound of traffic lights in the room loudly

Comfortable bed and room, it's bigger than we expected. The bathroom was also larger than expected too. There's a small kettle to boil water, which was a surprise. I like that a simple breakfast is provided.

Nothing, it was a normal experience. I had to nitpick, I find it a bit odd that we have to write down our previous and next destinations during check in, and I struggled with Japanese, but they were ready with translation devices to help.
