ROYAL PINES HOTEL CHIBA

The lobby and reception areas were definitely royal.

I was surprised at how old and dated the bathroom was.the pipes for the sink made lots of noise.

Excellent stay! Clean, comfortable, and very affordable. Amazing value for the price — highly recommended.

Facility is better than other Business Hotel.Public space is relief.Landscape from window is wonderful.

Bathtub is poor.

Location is perfect for all your needs.

Not a real complaint, but the size of room I chose not ideal for a 6'2" bodybuilder , spouse & all our bags.

Excellent location, good layout and modern rooms.

Just a bit of a walk from the station, it’s a bit of a hassle when it’s raining or if you have large luggage.

The staffs were friendly and helpful. The rooms we stayed at are clean and amenities are available.

We got lucky with a room with a view of the Inohana castle, the room was nice and beds were comfortable, and for the value it was a great stay. Also, its very close to the chiba station.

Quick and easy check-in with very pleasant front desk staff. Nice spacious twin room with view, which was very quiet up on the 14th floor. Only a 5 minute walk to the Chiba monorail which gives excellent access to the JR Keiyo Line.

I guess it was my first time visiting a place in Japan. I enjoy it and it is very very excellent and very nice. The rooms feel very amazing! I am always friendly with the communication staff at the desk.

I don't know and never answer didn't everything with anybody. It's feeling comfortable and good in the building of the hotel very perfectly. It was not for the negative of experience. I enjoyed the experience in the hotel.

The hairdryer was amazing!

The bed was not Queen sized as indicated on the website. That was disappointing. Also the hotel could provide better coffee in the room I felt.

Very clean and close to all what would you need. The bus & train station, pharmacy, supermarkets, restaurant, etc.

My room was very small! Not all rooms are at the same size apparently! No phones at rooms! If you need anything you have to go down to the reception. No bellboys, you have to help yourself by all means.

The room was comfortable and pretty spacious for Japan. The staff were friendly and helpful, including both receiving our forwarded luggage and assisting us with forwarding our bags to our next hotel. The location is good, just a few minutes to the Chiba metro, many convenience stores, restaurants and bars, as well as pharmacies and shopping within easy walking distance. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and made our mornings much easier.

Our room was boiling hot the first night, the AC was really just a fan, and we couldn't get the windows open. Luckily, the next morning we spoke with the front desk staff and they sent someone up to open the windows, after which the temperature was more comfortable, despite the fact that there is no way to control the temperature of your room.

The room smelled like cigarettes and the air purifier/AC did bot function and the bathroom was cramped and smaller than other rooms. I was initially provided with just one bed pillow and no sofa pillow.

The hotel was surprisingly close to Chiba Station which made it convenient when commuting. The view from our hotel room was very pretty and the family mart next to the building made it so easy to get a quick snack.

Washroom

Bad service, Air-conditioning system was bad, key card disabled every day, food not allowed to deliver either by the staff or delivery boy.

Location is great for me. For years I have used this hotel for my base in Japan...I can leave a larger bag there and take a backpack into Tokyo for 2 days and when I return to this hotel, my bad is waiting for me in my room. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Not having the restaurant. Breakfast was in a banquet hall. It will be nice once all the renovations are complete.
