Pros +
- all of the staff were very helpful and polite to me every day i stayed with them. the location of the hotel was super convenient near the train station and with several nice restaurants close-by.
- The hotel staff is professional and friendly. Rooms are absolutely clean. It is located not far away from railway and bus stations.
- We love where this hotel is located. If you want to do shopping at the outlet and several moles with tons of delicious eat options and if you need to stay nearby, a convention center like a concert. This is perfect for you. It’s a full service hotel resort style And they even have a laundry, vending machine, and luggage delivery service. I love their super friendly and very kind and helpful staff over there! Especially to the gentleman who helped us with luggage delivery service before we left for Korea, and we were returning to Japan, the last leg of our trip.Very large and spacious room with full amenities!Train station is literally right across the street.
Cons -
- I did not have anything that I did not like.
- For a large hotel, there are only one washer and one dryer if you want to do your own laundry. Also, this is not the hotel fault, but there was a whole team of a basketball team of young men staying in there. When we went to check on our laundry, we found them throwing our clean laundry on the floor instead of the bags that we placed on top of the dryer. Very disrespectful of them!! They ran out of the room when they saw us. Again, this is not the hotel fault and this is about the previous guest that stay there.
- Housekeeping wasn’t up to par.

Very central location with some nice commercial areas and train station close by.
Housekeeping wasn’t up to par.
Good location and good staffs
We have to pay parking fee.
Breakfast Quality very goodAmple options to select from.Breakfast staff great
Lack of amenities in the room, such as coffee.+ Milk and the refrigerator was empty- no WaterThe bed and linens are not comfy, and the cover easily falls off. The inner liner does not fit properly. There is no daily room service, such as making up the bed.Adjacent walls lack soundproofing. No refund for missed breakfast without your control, early departures should be catered for or compensation made.Short Breakfast, should be longer 6am to 10amNo facilities, such as a gym or a pool, should be made available 24 hours a day.
The young staffs were well trained and speak good English.
Limited amenities
Location is PERFECT! Super close to train station and the outlet. We were in a japan style room as a family of 4 and enjoyed the space we had. Big comfy room
A bit old but very well kept and extremely clean so we enjoyed it very much!
The provided pajamas were lightweight and not starched. The vinegar drinks at breakfast were refreshing.
The room was not clean. There was oily dust collecting along the molding (from vent), mold in tile grout in bath, mold on cord of phone (?) in bathroom, and mold in the light along the headboard of the bed. Someone with allergies would have a tough time in this room (922). The bottom of the chair was ripped out. There were hooks for a picture on the wall but not picture. (See photos.)
Big size room compared to other hotels in the area, perfect location and only a stone’s throw from the station.
Unable to adjust the temperature on Air cond / Heating system because the system is dated. Rather than complain, we just kept the balcony door open slightly according to the desired temperature. That’s probably ok to overcome the problem in say the Spring or Autumn but come say Winter or Summer it would be extremely uncomfortable to balance your preferred room temperature. The hotel is most likely kicking the can down the road dodging this issue until they do a complete refurbishment. Otherwise the hotel is tolerable.
An untouched gem of a hotel, real room keys, attentive staff, simple elegance. Don't refurbish this hotel !
This hotel is in need of an update. The rooms have not been remodeled in years. And they charged extra for a smoke-free room. Most expensive stay. . . Least pleasant experience. The most disappointing stay of my 10 days in Japan.
The hotel is a stop for the airport limousine bus which helps us get to the airport easily. It is also near the outlets.
Some facilities were dated.
Well organisedHeated toilet seatComforable bedNear to train, shops and restaurantsMost things really
old style door key aircon did not seem to work
Fantastic hotel, Rey convenient with bus access from Narita then near a train to Tokyo Disney area.
Good location. 3 min walk from train station. Has convenient stores and some late night restaurants around. Also a direct airport shuttle bus from Haneda Airport.
Small room. Hotel feels a little bit aged. But the facilities are well maintained.
The hotel is an easy walk to my office as well as many food outlets. The hotel rooms seemed dated as not modern. However, everything in the room worked well and was quite serviceable. The breakfast was a Japanese Buffet breakfast that was quite good although as a non-japanese I tried the raw egg mixed with rice one morning as well as the little package of really sticky beans. While the raw eggs are supposedly just fine one of the two items above didn't so much agree with me and I'd advise against trying those if you are not used to them. Other than that there was reasonable number of choices including an omelet station. The first day they made a traditional Japanese Omelette which was exceptional. After that the more regular omelettes were, not as good.
The heat in the room was quite strong with no real way to adjust the temperature. You could however turn it off which is what we did and were fine although had to flip it back on in the morning.
The staffs are so kind, the hotel is very near to makuhari messe and kaihin makuhari station. The room is very comfy to stay and i did not have a problem with it at all!
The hotel bar was nicely renovated and a highlight of the property - a querky renaissance of red velvet and cosy ambience and nice staff. not suitable for children
a dated grand hotel past its best, now targeting a budget customerThe hotel has been renovated to keep its cleanliness but clearly they have slashed maintenance costs - eg. the breakfast offering is limited, understocked and closes quite early 10:40am.
The location is excellent, a few minutes walk from the station. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful in sorting out a slight change to the booking I needed. As with all Japanese hotels, the room was clean.
It was only really the price. It's probably the location, being so close to Makuhari Messe so perhaps can't be helped.
