it was clean with warm welcoming staff.

i felt room was abit small. For whole night people were moving and they kept opening and closing door loudly that disturbed the sleep.

Though the room was small, it was perfect for the night. We arrived in Japan from the United States. It was very clean and comfortable. The perfect start to our trip. Breakfast was a wonderful buffet!

It took a few minutes to get the room cooled down, but that wasn’t really a problem.

After arriving NARITA Airport, we check into this hotel by Train. Rooms are able to fit in 3 big luggage and 2 cabin luggage. Big malls with functionable retails like meals, fashion, and many more

Hotel Signage not prominent and difficulty to find lift if you are bringing your heavy luggage as their frontage is located at level 2, corner of the building. Overall is still acceptable.

Close to chiba train station…

Parking lot too far and have to get the car out by 11:00 am to 15:00 pm every day! No stairs in case of emergency! Unfriendly to children! Child, me and wife had to sleep together on a double bed!

Room is spacious relative to similar hotels in Tokyo.Breakfast was very good with great variety.Staff was friendly and helpful.Convenient location by the train station

The room was big, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional and staff was very polite and helpful.

When checking in, I was informed that the room rate was for only one guest. There were 2 names for the guests. I had to pay a sizable amount extra.

It was at the train station. Restaurant and stores were nearby.

Nothing, it was great.

The room is clean as always. I usually stay here after I arrive at Narita airport.

The new automated check-in machines were a little clunky. They used to have a full service front desk

I had to pay extra for the room. I was rolls that the reservation was for only 1 person, even though I had 2 names.

The staff are friendly and accommodating. The room are clean

Great location! Close to train stations, beaches, places to eat.

Breakfast was delicious with many kinds of foods and drinks. Easy to check in and out myself.Next to the JR chiba station. I used the phone in the room to call my friends. Pretty spacious bathroom. A lot of restaurants & stores around the hotel. Easy access to Narita airport by JR train from track #9 by Sobu kaisoku narita airport.

Electronic check-in, however staff was avail and happy to assist. Location is great! Lots around the hotel to eat, and the train is readily avail. For Japanese rooms, space wasnt bad...didnt have to climb over my suitcases! :)

The location was perfect in a sense that it was close to the train station and across from a few shops that made quick trips for food convenient.

Really nice and professional staff. I had some problems with the booking but the staff really doing their best to help me solved the problems. I really appreciate there helps! The hotel location is very convenient for food, transportation and shopping store. I’ve been staying here every time I visit my friends in Japan since 2017. Always my number one choice.

Many years ago before the pandemic in 2020, I remember that mostly the hotel staff could communicate in English very well. However I still appreciate their help even it was a bit difficult to communicate in English through the language translation tool.

Location, location, location! You cannot beat a hotel in Tokyo that's actually embedded into a train station. It is the ultimate location and you do not need to worry about noise. Trains are so quiet, you actually need to be paying attention to hear them from your room.

The labels "double room" and "twin room" as incredibly misguiding. What people in the US would understand when you say "twin room" for 2 people, is a room with two twin-size beds. In reality, the twin room had two full- or queen-size beds. On the other hand, a "double room" usually means "a room that comfortably fits two people, which almost always translates to two larger beds. In reality, the double room had one full-size bed and while strictly speaking, did fit both of us, I would not say it was very comfortable. The room did its job, but I was willing to pay a little extra for a little more comfort, but the room names misguided me.
