room too small for two people

I have been here in different occassions and I always come back here as they offer good value for money I paid. Breakfast is good, as well as the location if the purpose is business trip within the area.

I like their breakfast, but it’s not exactly the kind of place where you start your day with lively chatter. The staff —one of them is an old lady — ran the restaurant like a library. You know the kind: quiet, serious, and slightly sacred. Best not to talk too much… though you can hear the TV, so that counts as background music, I guess.

I liked breakfast. It was very fresh, healthy, and nice. The hotel was clean, and the staff was very polite and helpful. I also liked the bathroom.

Although I booked a non-smoking room, it smelled of tobacco a little bit. Sometimes the ventilation system brings tobacco smell from another smoking room, maybe that's why.

It’s clean and had a lot of amenities. Public bath was great to relax. Japanese breakfast was great.

I sometimes smelled like sewage from unit bath.

The hotel is easily accessible from Narita Airport. Breakfast was assorted. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The ladies hot spring bath was provided amenities that gave the experience and even more luxurious feel.

The room was a little small.

Was there for a one night transfer, what I expected was a really good sleep after the exhausting 12 hour flight. Their quiet and comfy room, the hot public bath, and the delicious breakfast totally satisfied my needs. It’s also right next to the train station connecting narita and haneda, convenient.

Close to station. 1 mile from main shopping mall and 2 miles to Costco. Good Japanese style breakfast buffet. 20 mins via train to Narita AirPort. Helpful staff. Free left luggage.

Pillow is not comfortable. Cleanliness is just okay. Room is small

There are Manga corner on 3rd floor which I didn't expect but enjoyed very much for more than 4 hours. Not only the room but also the public bath was neat and clean as well.

Nothing special. Just, I booked the hotel to take the flight early in the morning at Narita Airport. Train takes only 20~30 min to the airport, but the train is not frequent around 6AM.

Loved that it was within walking distance to the mall, restaurants, grocery store & most importantly, the train station. The lobby always had a wonderful scent.

Well of course I wanted room no smoking so we stay where is smoking but still we been happy

Non-smoking room was requested but the room was smelling.
