No halal food - staff not speaking English but we used google translate

The location is very close to the train station, with a shop close by, so you can buy something to eat or drink 24/7.The breakfast is great, a selection of soups, rice, fish/meat, buns etc.. with some changes every day.

We booked a room for 2 adults and 1 kid, the room had only a queen bed, no additional futon. Which was kind of expected from the description but still not convenient.But the problem was that we got only 2 towels, and we had to pay extra for an additional towel every day, their explanation was that "kids stay free, so they don't get a towel".

The staffs are professional, greeted us consistently. The place or location is quiet

The front desk female staff was very courteous and efficient in checking us in. The breakfast was quite abundant in choices and nutritious. The location is very convenient, being very close to the train station.

We stayed for less than 24hrs and couldn’t notice anything. Breakfast was good and the staff.

The room was small but big enough. Everything was clean. The staff were kind and helpful. The hotel was 2 minutes from Kashiwa Station and surrounded by bars, cafes, restaurants and shops, which made it incredibly convenient. I've stayed in Toyoko Inns in different parts of Japan over many years and always found them to be reliable, clean and good value.

Not all the food was to my personal taste but I enjoyed the whole experience... have stayed before in Kashiwa...plaza hotel..I prefer toyoko

Maybe you can find a way to stop earth quake tremors !!!! I was in an elevator at the time. I have no complaintsgreat value

different free breakfast everyday. Very close to the station. Nice clean rooms with very good beds. Good shower and bath all for a very reasonable price.

All in all it was a nice time at the hotel. Absolutely friendly staff, super delicious breakfast, everything spotless clean, and this all in walking distance to the station in Kashiwa.

I have never eaten hijiki before and I loved it for breakfast. Absolutely delicious food, that I had to take a second portion. After breakfast I looked online to find more information about hijiki, which apparently comes with a health risk. The Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare of Japan responded with a report pointing out that while the consumption of more than 4.7 g hijiki seaweed per day could result in an intake of inorganic arsenic that exceeds the tolerable daily intake for this substance, the average daily consumption for Japanese people is estimated at 0.9 g.Although no known illnesses have been associated with consuming hijiki seaweed to date, inorganic arsenic has been identified as carcinogenic to humans. Exposure to inorganic arsenic has been linked with gastrointestinal effects, anemia, and liver damage. People who follow a macrobiotic diet that often includes large amounts of seaweed may be at greater risk.A note next to the hijiki, pointing out the maximum daily intake, might have prevented me from exceeding my safe to eat daily dose.

Well situated, comfortable, clean, excellent homey breakfast! Wishing amenity, professional staff, good price! All excellent. I am recommending to many people.

The location was fantastic. Super close to Kashiwa train station and convenient store. These are the two big advantages really.

1. During our 12 days stay, we were made to switch rooms twice, meaning we stayed in 3 different rooms over the span of 12 days. The first time was apparently due to their hotel policy (guests must check out every 7 days). The other two times was due to their hotel renovation works. Somehow when they placed us in each of the rooms, they had failed to foresee their renovation works on those different floors each time. Our final change of room occurred on the last full day of our stay. Because of the change of rooms every few days, we had to pack and unpack multiple times, leading to quite a bit of waste of time during our holiday, and also it was pretty stressful.2. Because of the inconvenience, we asked for an extended check out time on the last day. They agreed. But at our checkout, they tried to charge us 4000 yen for it. We had to press pretty hard to get it waived.3. The rooms were pretty small, tight. Even for a twin room, the space for movement was extremely limited and without any cupboards or wardrobe space.

The hotel has all the necessities and everything was clean, the breakfast was delicious, everyday different Japanese food
