Keisei Hotel Miramare

Check in and checkout process was very smooth. Staff was friendly and helpful. Best water pressure in the shower I felt in any hotel in a long time. Only stayed one night as a transition between two hotels of different parts of the country. It's more of a business type hotel.

Rooms are dated. A piece of wood broke off a tv stand .

We’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and will stay again. Clean rooms, friendly staff and good location .

In the winter the room temperature can’t be adjusted. Our room was 82 degrees. It was unbearable.

Very convenient location above the train station. There is also a grocery store, family mart, diaso, clothing shops, pharmacy, and bakery too!

I didn't like that the annex building was separated from the main hotel. We had to exit and walk down the open air hallway past the train station entrance and go through double doors to find the separated elevator. It was very cold and it was inconvenient to have to always exit out of the building to go to breakfast or back to our rooms for anything. I don't understand why they didn't connect the buildings internally.

even though I don’t think the area gets a lot of foreigners, check in was a breeze and the staff were great. the room we booked was small but comfortable. we’ve been in Japan for 2 weeks and this hotel probably still has the best bathroom and showers of our trip. location is close to train station and plenty of restaurants.

This was a last minute booking and the cheaper room I originally wanted was gone but I still got a little pricier one which was perfect. I had a great breakfast the next morning for around 1600 Yen. Check-out was done at a machine without any clerks, which I like.

The hotel staff were so kind and helpful when one of my grandkids had fever. Luckily, he recovered in two days so that both boys could enjoy the special train room experience. Now I’ll come back to the hotel with my husband next February.Thank you for everything and best regards, Hideko

Very spacious, clean, safe, & perfect size for a couple especially when traveling with lots of luggage. We loved how there was a food court, daiso, family mart, Starbucks, drugstore, all downstairs as soon as coming out of hotel elevator. 7/11 is also right across the street.

The location was close to our event at Chiba Port Arena.

Our two rooms were in two different towers.

Part of the good neighbor hotels, surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores, near a mall, excellent and helpful staffs, easy check in and out, clean rooms, very good amenities.

The location was so great! A couple minutes to train station, shopping and restaurants.

Clean, tidy and a good sized double room only a 10 min walk tops from the station. Also plenty of food places and entertainment in a matter of minutes. Staff amazing

Fried shrimp from the breakfast buffet was my favourite, beds were comfortable, staff were friendly. Near chibachuo station so it's really convenient to travel around too.

Bath could be a little bigger, but that's me nitpicking.

Close to everywhere even from Chiba Station! It would be nice to have a small light above the counter (there was a light at Entrance but it was somewhat dark to find an electric outlet for the kettle. Just a thought!

Location. Located within the same building as train station.

Narrow space in hotel. More of heater instead of aircon when I stayed. Unable to lower the temperature in the room.

Spacious room for two. Very convenient location for facilities; shops, restaurants, cafes and train station is two minutes walk.Because it is a hotel, reception opens 24 hours for help, receive packets for us, and responds small requests/questions happily. As the our stay is more than one nights, they are flexible for timing of room cleaning timing, which we appreciate.

Unfortunately, during the stay, which is winter, the weather turned very warm and our room became very warm. However, hotel's air-conditioning system cannot be changed to cool down the room. It was very hot...

Extremely good location. The first floor is right next to the train station, and a supermarket and even a macdonalds if you need it. The hotel staff spoke English, which seems to be a rarity these days in Japan. The view was nice and the room was clean. The cleaning staff were also very polite and friendly to me.

Nothing negative to point out

Everything was great! Perfect location, right off the JR Keisei Line. Footsteps from a Daiso, supermarket, food court, Family Mart. Lots of restaurants, arcades, nightlife nearby.

The service is just okay. No currency exchange. No airport pick up service. And sometimes we and the hotel reception staff just couldn’t understand each other.

Very convenient with the train station chibachuo downstairs. Able to go to Chiba station 1 minute away which is a main transport hub. Downstairs in the complex is a pharmacy, good grocery shop, 24 convenience store and a 1 dollar store as well as a Starbucks and other eating places. Breakfast at the hotel is a mix of many cuisines and a reasonable price. Bed was very comfortable and room super clean. Laundry machines available. Bottled water every day in fridge.

We didn’t find the closeness to the train station a problem with the soundproofing and we tend to sleep with ear plugs any way. Really there was nothing.Just remember no microwave .
