Convenient location, we just need one night stay at Chiba, and the location makes it quite appealing. The room is as expected, same described in the pictures. The room and the bathroom are both quite small, but it's Japan, so to be prepared. You do have room or can make room to open a standard check-in luggage size

Small bathroom

Amazing location so close to the train station. The room was bigger than others in Japan, cafe on site, laundry facilities were great and cost effective. Very friendly staff and I was able to pay for a late check out which helped with a late flight departure. Would definitely recommend!

The bathroom was very small but this is standard for Japan hotels. There is nothing else that I would say needed improving.

The room is very spacious & clean. The beds & pillows are very comfortable. The location is 3 minutes walk to Soga station; approximately 40 minutes ride to Disneyland & Disney Sea. Bonus! There's a really nice coffee & cake shop in there too. ?

The hotel is very close to train station and restaurants...I would love to come back.

Breakfast was okay. Front desk very helpful.

Room was hot, bed was hard. Hand held Bathroom showers keep moving. Shower head should be permanently placed on the wall and could be adjusted. Bathroom towel bar was very short and towel keeps falling on the floor.

The hotel is located near the station and also near a good restaurant MA Nabeya Sogaten, which serves shabu-shabu.

The location was right next to a train/bus/taxi station. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and served its purpose. The area was safe with lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

The location was at least an hour away from most places. The room was on the smaller side.

Location was perfect; right next to the train station. Breakfast was very good, too, with an assortment of food. Staff was very courteous and helpful, a great experience overall.

Only complain would be it was a little warm, so I had to try to keep the window open but had to close it at nighttime as the cars/people were a little too loud outside, but I used the air purifier in the room and it helped cool it off a little.

The people at the hotel counter were kind, helpful and nice.

The cleaning was not good.. room was not properly cleaned.

The staff are wonderful, polite, and very patient with English speaking customers. They made it no rest!

The AC did not work and there was mold growing in the bathroom. However, we did not stay in the room very much so it was not a major problem for our trip.

A clean and well run hotel that is close to a train station. The location is convenient to restaurants and shopping, as well. The staff, while not speaking English, managed to be helpful, polite and efficient.The view from the room was nice enough.

The tub was deep, but quite small otherwise. Not great for those with long legs.

Location was so far from attractions such as Disney Park. Room air conditioners doesn’t work well during my stay was very hot and humid weather so i need a very strong air conditioner to keep me cool but no even at night was still hot while ac on can’t sleep good.

Hotel facilities smell funky and inconvenient microwave and ice which is on different floor level from your room….no amenities in the room you have to get it at the lobby. Staffs doesn’t communicate well in English so hard to understand.

The room is well equipped. The breakfast was great. The staff is friendly and willing to help. The location is absolutely perfect just 2 minutes walk from the airport. There are convenient stores and restaurants around the hotel.
