Cons -
- Bedroom was too small for two people, but i was alone this time so it's ok.Mattress was old but comfy enough, I slept well.
- I had a not Smoking room but you could smell that it was someday one. Even the lighter was prepaired in the room.lucky they had a room freshner spray.
- Be aware the rooms might be smoking rooms. It was not an issue for me personally.

Easy to reach Makuhari Messe via the monorail station nearby this hotel

I only stayed for a short period as I had to go to an event. But the people were very kind during check in and check out.The room was quite big!A monorail station is nearby towards Chiba Minato. From here it is easy to reach Makuhari station!
Apparently these are smoking rooms.I was not too bothered by it myself though.
The area is comparatively commodious under this price and easy to get to Chiba station, suitable to serve a short term trip.
