Crest Hotel Kashiwa

Very very clean rooms. Staff is awesome. Highly knowledgeable, helpful, respectful and goes way out of their way to make sure our stay was awesome. Bed is super clean and comforter is fluffy warm. Loved that there's a HEPA air purifier in every room. BTW breakfast is very traditional Japanese and is fantastic - great value with lots of different items. Extremely happy with stay here.

Can't knock them for it but personal preference for vinyl hard flooring instead of carpet. But the carpet is very clean.

The hotel is easily accessible from the train station. The rooms had storage space for suitcases and clothes. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. The hotel was very clean.

This hotel is a block away from Kashiwa station. The air conditioning can make the room go to about 67 degrees which is amazing when it is more than 95+degrees outside. Also the windows can open a little, so we could create a breeze inside the room for fresh air. There is an overhead shower in the bathtub, so we were able to take both bath and shower. It is very close to both a Lawson and 7-11, for food and a cash machine. Most of the staff speak English, so asking them to print romaji train maps was accomplished. The rooms are nice and quiet.

Literally the only downside was there is no laundry machine on the premises. But, taking taxis to explore different laundry mats was fun!

Large room, beautiful view, nice furniture, comfy bed, working ac/heater, humidifier, lovely lobby, not too many lights from appliances, curtains that overlapped so no light peaked through, soundproof walls, great lighting options, fast elevator, quiet area, and overall best hotel stay of the trip

Dirt/Mold (?) in humidifier and in caulking near the window; shower head was too strong; water temp dropped during shower and i got scalded; squeaky bathroom door; no water service or daily towel changes

the location is very convenient near the station.The coffee machine is excellent.

A buffet breakfast would be preferable so you can choose just a few dishes.Some Western food (even just bread and jam, or just one type of brioche) would be preferable.An in-room safe would also be handy.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It is located in walking distance to the railway station. The staff were friendly and helpful.

A traditional Japanese breakfast was included in our stay but a few Western options would have been good.

We arrived early in the morning, they allowed us to stored our luggage which was good. When we came back in the afternoon, they already shipped our luggage into the room which was excellent!

The location was close to the station, shopping and restaurants. Also, the location was convenient for our business. The restaurant for dinner was lovely.

We ended up in a smoking room which was not good. The centralised air-conditioning is not ideal for a stuffy and hot room making sleeping unbearable.

Breakfast was very filling and had a great selection between Japanese and American styles. Plenty for all.

All staff were very accommodating and friendly, making sure that all went well for us.

The hotel was a five minute walk to the station. Also, the staff was very friendly and professional.

The view through the window on high floor room. Elevator doors shuts real fast! Japanese breakfast served in a tray with variety of food including hand made tofu.

Parking is not free for the guest.

I expected the breakfast to be of the Buffet type as we just had in Tokyo. They gave me a choice of foods as we had before at your location the last time we were here. Your should understand that we all have differences in the kind of foods we are comfortable with. A pre-fix choice is not preferable to most of your foreign guests--not me anyway.

I would prefer mixed style breakfast, not only Japanese. Previous years it was better.For the rest it was the normal nice stay, that is why I choose to stay there everytime I travel near Tokyo.
