Yamagata Nanokamachi Washington Hotel

The staff is friendly, the room is comfortable, and the hotel is clean. I booked a room on the smokers' floor as it was the last one left, but to my great surprise, the room didn't smell at all. Also, on the ground floor, there is a small onsen that customers can access at no extra cost.

I have nothing bad or negative to report

Location is good, paid parking available just behind hotel, staff is good, room are usual like japanese rooms. Its good place to stay

Washroom, room lock key system, lift are little outdated

great breakfast with lots of options. Good, comfortable rooms with good water pressure. Good ofuro at the facility. Fast and reliable staff. Location was also great with many modern places to go to within walking distance.

Location was good, close to railway station and car hire. Very good Onsen and the buffet breakfast was great. Only 30minutes to Zao Onsen ski resort.

We could only get a smoking room which had a bit of a lingering smell but didn’t really notice it after a couple of days. Air freshener was supplied. Parking was close but had to pay an extra fee if used between 10am and 3.30pm.

staff very good , good location have lawson at the first Fl. many good restaurant around the hotel

women staff very good service , while english not that good same as me but she try to help in manyway

Good place in central location. Good for business and holidays.

Car park. Was in paid car park next door but had to be vacated by 10am. JPY 750 per night from 15:00 to 10:00.

The bed was bigger than it normally is in single rooms. I think it was clean. It has hot springs even though it is outside the hotel.

The vibe is kinda weird. It’s seems a building with other businesses like restaurant, Lawson, etc.I think that even though the offer you a better deal for the parking behind the hotel, it should be free for guests.

I enjoyed the public bath, the convenience store on site. The location and the free parking was a real blessing. Nice city, friendly people, the hotel is a bit old but the room was larger than the room you get in more modern hotel. Awesome for people who enjoy Showa still accommodations.I would definitely stay rhere again

The breakfast buffet was OK but still below average for a Japanese hotel. They still annoy customers with ridiculous covid mesures like checking the body temperature and wearing gloves although most hotel have stop those pointless rules

friendly staff

too far from station, and room was not very morden

Loved that parking was included. The facilities were very clean, convenience store and restaurants right on sight for convenience.

I think different between us , when we make booking breakfast including but acturally not including breakfast .

reasonable

little bit not clean

Location was good and the room was good for money
